I seek your intervention for resolving my complaint #[protected] pertaining to an expensive Refrigerator RT – 33FAJFARX – Red which I purchased on 10th April 2013 (10 months back) from Pune (Maharashtra, INDIA). . Problem Statement In this barely 10 months o[censored]sage, vegetable basket side knobs which holds the entire load of the basket gave up leaving the basket in a state that it cannot be used. Worst is side liners on which basket slides are also damaged and progressively material is oozing out of it. Definitely I would not have purchased this product from your esteemed company if I was little aware of such a problem coming forward. My assessment Upon closer look at the make, quality and design of basket it is very evident that product design itself is faulty. Entire basket is not a single piece in first place and worst is entire load of the basket which increases with vegetables in, is supported on only two side minuscule knobs of probably 5 mm thick which over a period of time will definitely give away. Worst is side liners on which this basket resides and slides. How can this be damaged because of sliding event of the basket which is the only way vegetables can be put in and taken out?. Day by day, this is getting worsen and material is slowly oozing out which is dangerous and can cause food adulteration. Samsung Handling of the case • On writing mails to CEO office, I got calls from Samsung but quite a few times it was from folks who were not aware of the problem itself. How can as a customer I expect a solution from your esteemed organization if person calling does not know the problem in full though entire conversation has always happened under complaint id #[protected]? This only signifies the poor handling of the case and eagerness to close the complaint standard way. Samsung View • At first, standard answer was “It is not covered under warranty” but my view is where is the question of warranty when product quality / design itself is pathetic? As a customer what I am getting by buying such an expensive fridge? • After few discussions, Samsung said that they are ready to replace the basket with no cost to me but liners are my own problem as damage is caused by self. This was nothing but height of insensitivity towards customer. Reasoning given was that same liners are used in all refrigerators and hence it is damaged by the customer and not because of product design and quality. If that is the case why Samsung is ready to replace Vegetable basket - is it not the same basket being used in all appliances??. Can someone reply why Liners have got damaged because of sliding event of vegetable basket? Well actual reason is Vegetable basket can be replaced and hence your esteemed company is ready whereas liners cannot be replaced or repaired and hence mandate and teaching is for such issues blame the customer itself which is height of poor after sales service and corporate ethics. My stand • I seek permanent solution from Samsung for both the problems at no cost to self on immediate basis. I don’t want to accept part solution. If you folks can’t do this, take away the entire fridge as a gift from my side at no cost to you. I am not a beggar and seek your intervention to solve this. As a company, you should always welcome suggestions and issues as faced by customers and incorporate in design to ensure that problem is not repeated again. • Needless to say that a satisfied customer is worth millions as their word of mouth will bring in more business and he himself will become repeat customer but a dissatisfied customer is no good to any company.     I have Split AC and it is not getting ON. I called customer care around 10 times but I only got call for appointment and till yet no one came to my address for repairing AC. My ref no is [protected]. I am fixing appointment from last 10 days but problem has not been resolved yet. I am very disappointed with your services. I got call from following number today [protected] & [protected] - Mansoor Ali and he fixed appointment for 7 P.M. then after i called him at 7:30 he told me to come after an hour and then when i did not get any response from him, i called him at 9 P.M. and then he refused to come today again.       Writing this mail with distaste that we've bought samsung refrigerator RT54FBSL1/XTL in 26/01/2013, and reported issue on 9/11/13, complaint# [protected]. Refrigerator Serial# 44824DBC900237Y. Extra cooling was reported to the samsung support centre as well as to the dealer. Several service engineers have visited our home and assured that the piece will be replaced soon, but even after innumerable assurances nothing happened & we're still having the problem with the refrigerator. Pls do the needful.

        Complaint Description--
        This is Shivaji Lohar, I have bought new mobile phone (Mobile model - Galaxy Samsung Core, bill number: (UAP):2045526 TIN/CST no:-[protected] IMEI Number: [protected]) Hyderabad(Gachibowli) showroom ( 2nd Avenue ) on 12/JAN/2014 around 1 PM.
        Issue:-
        The very next day from the date of purchase I noticed that there is a NETWORK ISSUE with mobile. I tried using different SIM cards, but every time I was disappointed as none of the SIM was working in the Phone. The same SIM is working properly in other Cell Phones.
        The Error message is like:- “MOBILE NETWORK NOT REGISTERED”. Due to which I cannot use any of the SIM services provided such as Making & Receiving Calls, SMS Facilities etc.
        If this is the case then what is the Purpose of Purchasing the New Phone…? By spending amount Rs 13350/- if the Phone is not serving the purpose for what it is meant for, then for what purpose it should serve…?
        I am getting same issue like whenever I try to call, am getting an error message as “MOBILE NETWORK NOT REGISTERED”. Due to the Issue of the Network I cannot use the Phone. If this is the case than what is the Use of Purchasing the New Phone…?
        I bought the phone on 12/Jan/2014. From the very same day there was the above mentioned Issue, so I visited the store on the very next day. They said CRO is not available for the day please come by tomorrow. Next day I again visited the Store and again the same story as “CRO is not available for the day please come by tomorrow.” After following up for 2 days they did not responded to me properly and I was totally frustrated by their idiotic answers given to me.
        After regaining some courage, I visited the univercell showroom for the 3rd consequent day and the answer was as “choose the network manually and use the phone.” After following their advice the Network worked for about half an hour and again the Network has lost. I thought that there would be some Network Issue with the Service Provider so I again waited for a day.
        On the 4th day, after manual selection of the network, issue was not resolved so showroom executive provided me the 2nd solution as “There may be a SIM card issue please change the same to new one and use.”
        I even tried using the solution provided by them but the Issue was still at its heights and now it was very high time for me as this was getting onto my Nerves. So again there was no solution left for me but to visit the Showroom once again. So now they came up with a new reason as “You need to submit your Cell Phone to the Service Center.” I had no option but to leave my phone at the Showroom.
        They took around 4-5 days to get my phone back from the Service Center. Kindly note that still the Issue was not resolved.
        Totally I have submitted my Cell Phone to Service Center for 3 Times for which the details are as follows:-
        1) Registered Crime number:-[protected](Samsung Service Center)- Software Updated- Issue not resolved
        2) Service Request Number:-12805[(UniverCell) Not registered in Service Center]Just cleaned the Wireless Antenna -Issue not resolved
        3) Bill No:-[protected](Samsung Service Center) Changed SIM Slot- Issue not resolved.

        I totally frustrated and mentaly disturb because last month 12/01/14 I purchased mobile but still i am not using my cell phone totally 20 days mobile in Service center .send 3 time to service center still issue as is there .now also cell phone in service center only bill no-[protected].
        For that mobile lot of time they done service then i am not feel like, it is new one so i am going to complaint against samsung service center i have much proof.I want to inform because like if any replacement is possible then give me else i will take further step or action what I decide that''s the final.

          I purchased my fridge in 2005 (Model:- RT-44) and on 7 December 2013 its compressor was changed and I was charged Rs.6455 and with it they provided me with 3 month Warranty on compressor and gas. On 14 February 2014 my compressor again stopped working. I have registered my complaint on the same day and technician came and said that compressor will be changed. Since then the compressor has not been changed and they have cancelled my request by their own and postponed it on 20 February 2014. Today (i.e. 22 February 2014) my fridge's compressor has not been changed. I need an immediate action for the same. Please update me on this Email ID: prankur.[protected]@gmail.com

            Dear sir, My mobile handset Samsung grand duos gt19223 which i had brought dated 1/4/2p13. Having some technical problem from last one week (in call log it was not showing received and missed call). Was Only showing dialled call. regarding that i visited to nearest Samsung service centre in goregaon west near jawaher nager phatak. The concern person who attended me Mr.amir . there was some argument with him. When i handover the handset to him. After that when i told my problem to him. He just open my handset and said it is damage by liquid. After that even i talked to concern manager ms.rajni. she told me the same problem. Afer some time i called service center and problem is resolved by Mr.summit and abhishek by telephonically conversation. My concern is that how it is possible. there are some point which i want to say that your people has made my handset malfunction. 1)there was problem of setting in call log which can be solved by manually no need to open my handset. 2)because of aggressive conversation with your service centre they could have created this problem (not possible at all by liquid damage) 3)and behaviour of manger was like she is owner Samsung ltd. 4) if there was liquid in my handset then whey it is working very properly till time and even i am enjoying each and every moment with my grand. 5)after visiting service centre. Handset screen was blank in the night today. it happens first time. Why ? I could not sleep whole night.               Hi, It has been one and half year to bought my samsung c -GT 3222 mobile in Varanasi. I have couple of problems: 1) This mobile's alarm is not working properly. Eg If I set alarm for next few minutes or an hour, it rings but if i set alarm for next morning it does not ring. 2) The camera was working fine earlier. But now its showing view and even takes the photos which looks like photo negative (even reddish type). Please help in resolving this issue.

                Dear All I had bought a Samsung TV - UA40D5500RR ( The serial no of product is 20013ZEC300203V.) around 1 and half year back with a warranty of 1 year. After using this TV for 1.5 year suddenly since last few days I have started seeing dark black shadowing patch on the left side corner of picture screen and a horizontal line in center of the screen. If i push screens upper left corner a little bit the dark patch goes away but again start appearing after 15 mins. I am surprised to see such problems in less than 2 years of purchase. The TV is well maintained but still problems. I logged a complaint at Samsung. The Service Request No is [protected]. The service engineer visited my place and checked the TV on 11th Feb 2014. The moment he saw the picture on the screen he told me that this is a known issue and the issue is in the display panel. He also gave me estimate of rupees 20 to 25 thousand for the replacement of display panel. I was completely surprised when I heard the cost of the replacement, In this cost someone can buy a new LCD TV. I am also surprised that the engineer cannot fix this problem which I believe is sort of loose connection, he told that even if he will try to fix there are chances that entire display panel can be destroyed so for such issues they don't take any risk and ask customer to go for replacements. Its a huge dis-satisfaction from customer front. I had bought this TV just 1.5 years back in around 62 thousand, if I would have known about such issues in the Samsung TV's and would have read the reviews on Internet, I wouldn't have ever bought it. I was a loyal customer of Sony and all my previous TV's were Sony, this is the first time that i decided to go with Samsung for its design but looks like now I have paid the price of not going with tried and tested brand. I spoke to their executive from CEO team but they cannot help and offer any discount on the new panel. All they can do is provide 12 months warranty on the replaced display panel. If Samsun would like to retain and grow the customer base, it is important for them to look into such customer issues and provide replacements free of costs. Infect since it was a known issue they should have recalled all TV's and fix the issue. This way customer would have been happy and might look to buy some other products from Samsung. I would urge people not to go with Samsung just for their design and cost. These Korean and Chinese companies are same, they don't listen to customer and use cheap quality parts inside the product. If you do so you will land up in the trouble in the future and then regret on your decision Thanks Vipin

                Even i'm having the same problem. I have been informed by the Samsung Customer Centre that the panel is expected to cost 24000. Did you hear anything from Samsung after you have raised this complaint? What was your decision to this problem?

                  I had a problem regarding charging my phone ( Samsung Galaxy Note2) so i visited samsung service center on november first week
                  the executive(Mr. Jaspal) opened my phone and said that it will be fine but after that my phone started giving me problems regarding wifi and bluetooth not working, In starting it was rare but with time it started increasing
                  i visited the service center again on 20th decemeber then the executive (mr Jaspal) said this is due to software update and made me wait for 2hours but the problem was not resolved i had to visit the service center again on 25th december, 2013 where they took my phone inside to their manager and came and said that the phone has been water damaged
                  i argued that i know phone cannot be water damaged because i se it very carefully and refused to get my phone repaired by them
                  I visited janakpuri samsung service center after that on 9th jan, 2014 where the official opened the phone and said that the phone has been damaged by the person who opened it due to brutally opening it thus damaging mother board
                  i have been calling samsung call center from last 1.5 months and they are not helping me thus am i liable to register a consumer court case agains the service center??
                  my phone is under warranty with 5mnths warranty still remaining

                    I purchased a laptop (SL No. JCEG91RD301946E) on 21st July 2013 and wasassured of an offer to have Galaxy Y mobile at 3800. I registered online on22nd July at Samsung Estore and did the needful to avail the offer. After afollow up for almost 2 months received the coupon but no details where to go toavail this offer. I am fade up of doing this follow ups on a daily basis as idont have any other work. They are just sending one liner reply that theirsales team is looking into this. I am seriously looking into options to takethis to consumer forum. At least some one should let me know that they are a bunch ofcheaters and do not want to help. I am really regretting my decision to buy this product from real froudsters. Please help.

                      Faulty Samsung Refrigerator is not working again. Again & again there is aComplaint from Day one. Purchased in June, 2010. It was in Samsung Service centre, Delhi for 1 month. Again there isa Problem. Faulty from 25th, January, 2014 to till today 14.2.2014. They arenot having the Spare Parts in Delhi. According to them Parts are Comingfrom Chennai.
                      Within 3.5 years, 3 times, they changed Spare Parts on Chargeable Basis andpaid their visit charges and transportation cost to take the Refrigerator in theirservice centre, Patparganj, Delhi.
                      In a house Refirigator is a necessity for daily used but Samsung Refrigeratorservice department is not bothered for customer complaint.
                      As on date result andoutput related to Refrigerator service ZERO.
                      Very bad and newexperience.
                      Date of purchase Refrigerator 3rdJune, 2010.

                        I got samsung S Duos 2 as a gift for my mother on December 25, 2013. She started using it from December 28. After 2 days we realized that the ringer was very low. We could not hear any incoming calls. I tried to redo setting, restore factory settings etc. but in vain. I took out battery and restarted the phone and it worked fine. I thought this was some initial one time problem. But since then, the phone would work for only 2 days and then 3rd day again we had to take out battery and restart it. On Feb 5, 2014, I took it to service centre in Ashok Vihar, Delhi. I realised that the largest mobile manufacturer in India has the worst customer service. The facility seemed like outsourced. The waiting queue was super long. The staff was untrained and unfriendly. They took my phone on Feb 5 and the expected time of delivery was stated as Feb 6. I called them up repeatedly but no one answers the phone there. On Feb 8 I got a call from service center asking me what the issue was with the phone, which means that for three days, no action was taken. On Feb 10 I registered my first complaint on the website. The same day in the evening, I get a call from the service center saying that the phone is repaired. On Feb 11 I got a call from call centre and they connected me to the service center. The service center said that the phone was still under observation. So it means it was ready the previous day but under observation the very next day. They called back on Feb 11 evening saying that the phone was finally ready. I got the phone next day. I thought that the phone is finally okay but since yesterday it is giving the same problem. The ringer is again very low even when it shows full volume. I have to restart the phone by taking out the battery. It is so irritating to use a brand new phone like this. Firstly its is a defective product and then there is a bad service. Even after one time repair, the phone is not okay. The same problem exists. What repair did service center do for one whole week???? Past two months have been a mental torture to use this phone. Samsung's phone's quality is deteriorating and this may just be my last purchase. It is causing severe problems to the user of the phone and lot of pressure on me for buying such a phone. This is not expected from the world's largest mobile phone manufacturer.

                            Registered Complaint number :- [protected] MODEL :- galaxy s duos GT-7562. Date of purchasing :- 12/04/13 My mobile having frequent complaints, software and hardware. I had serviced my mobile 7 times in their authorised service centre from the date of purchasing. After first service, i used that mobile as per their advise only. Kindly note that there is no faults or mistakes from my side. On previous services they replaced mother board once. At that time they offered refund in case of if the same hardware seems problems in future. This time they replaced mother board, touch and led hardwares without my knowledge and premission. They serviced my mobile instead of refund. Regarding this i mailed and talked with company but they refusing for refunding. Please kindly note that i have to pay money for their services if that mobile having problems after warranty period gets over. I paid for that unquality product and facing problems for their services. So kindly please do the needful actions.

                            They refused to refund or exchange the mobile. They had serviced my mobile and asked to collect the mobile. these service has been done without my knowledge. I was not ready to collect that mobile. at last After submission of complaint mobile and its all accessories, They refund the same amount that i purchased.

I had talked with samsung managers many times about my mobile quality and performance. Their service manager named mr.binoy, at palakkad district, kerala state always misbehaving with me. He is using bad words. Due to frequent complaints they had extended my warranty for two months. But after that also its having complaint and i serviced more than 7 times. They offered refund is any hardware shows complaint. This time three hardwares are replaced and serviced without my knowledge when i submit mobile for refund. And present they are refusing refund by saying at present mobile is working well and they extended warranty. My point is, even after they serviced my mobile for 7 times, what is the quality of that product and how can i trust their service and product? Kindly note that i have to pay money for their service while warranty period gets over. This is cheating. I paid for that worst quality product. I need refund. Kindly please do take needful actions. Thank you.

                              I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro from an authorised Samsung Showroom (Radhika Communications, Pimpri, Pune). The display of my mobile is not fresh. It has a dull shade. I compared my mobile display with other Samsung Quattro mobile and one can easily identify the difference. My phone's displays while color as cream color or dull while color. I have posted the complaint 8-10 times and I have called the customer care amny times. But they is no folloup from there side. From day 1 I am trying to get the problem solved but Samsung Service is worst of all. They dont have experts in service center. Samsung is not providing me new mobile they are saying that it can be repaired. I have purchased Samsung so that I will get good quality product but if Samsung is producing such low quality mobiles, then it is better to buy Micromax, Karbon, Xolo mobiles which are available at very good price as compared to Samsung. My ticket no is: [protected] Dont ever buy any Samsung product. They are worst. Better to go for Micromax, Carbbon, Xolo.

                                i have purchased Samsung note 3 mobile from vadodara dated 27/9/13 which i used for 5 months and in between i was using Vodafone carrier there was always a network problem on my mobile so i shifted to idea but the same problem was there so i gave my phone to Samsung care 31/1/14 for which they just updated the software and gave me back as the problem was not solved i again submitted my phone on 1/2/14 that time they said there is no problem but for your satisfaction we will change the motherboard and display then the motherboard was changed then there was a problem in the display so again i submitted the phone on 10/2/14 at that time i inquired and was told that only motherboard was changed and not the display and now that the display has problem its not the company s fault and it will be charged for the display so i argued why reason given was that you phone may be fallen or squeezed for which i argued that if the phone has fallen there should be a scratch or display should be broken and i m not a fool to sit on my mobile but they r not Agreeing and are saying that i will have to pay for the repair i already have paid 46990 for the phone and then after five months i get my phone motherboard repaired saying there is no problem then to we will change the motherboard and display and only motherboard has been changed and now for the display i will have to pay for it so i don't understand what should i do kindly please guide

                                  I purchased a Galaxy Note II mobile phone from Ganpati Mobiles in October. I was promised a cash back of 10%, amounting to Rs. 3150 within 40 days. It has been more 4 months and I am yet to recieve a penny. I have called the dealer, Ganapati Mobiles(Lucknow) a number of times and visited them 8 times of this period but they refuse to help me out. They tell me my complaint has been registered with Samsung and that's the end of it. They don't let me speak to the Samsung people and keep telling me everytime your request has been forwarded.

                                      Dear Concern, Myself Shreevardhan Kumar has been using a Samsung Mobile model no- GT-I9500 bought in the month of May, 2013.From couple of week I was facing some issues with my mobile wherein suddenly mobile was getting switched off and on Saturday night(8.02.14) it went off and display didn’t come back... I came to Samsung service center(DIVINE ELECTRO SOLUTION) on 10th feb14, they are saying that my mobile is damaged due to MOISTURE / WATER and giving me estimate of around 20.9k . But my mobile never drown into the water and the same thing I told to the engineers and they replied that your mobile may have not drown into to the water but the facts are saying that it has captured moisture. Now my concern is that if the mobile is capturing outside moisture due to manufacturing/ packing defect then where I’m at fault and also at this moment not possible for me to spend this unwanted, unnecessary amount. You can understand my mental condition; I’m unable to access anyone of my official/ personal mails which is configured on my mobile . I have spent 41k. Again it is not possible to spend that much amount. If this is the service then how customer will rely on Samsung product and their services.
