Samsung — Defective samsung note-4 mobile | |||
Respected sir/mam, This is TRIDIPA BISWAS, I bought Samsung NOTE -4 (SM-N910GZKEINU) in 22 nd may.But it is a defective product.For this mobile I am suffering lots.I am not able for using this mobile 1 month also.I gave this mobile in Chennai Samsung service center.That time it is fully switched off.After they changed my mobile parts.Within 2 week my mobile again switched off.In this time it is submitted in Dehradun service center.After many time I am requesting to Samsung customer care, service center but they are not helping me.Finally they said they are not replacing my mobile in this time it have no problem.Please any one help me I am suffering lots for this mobile.
