Samsung — Defective samsung note-4 mobile | |||
Respected sir/mam, This is TRIDIPA BISWAS, I bought Samsung NOTE -4 (SM-N910GZKEINU) in 22 nd may.But it is a defective product.For this mobile I am suffering lots.I am not able for using this mobile 1 month also.I gave this mobile in Chennai Samsung service center.That time it is fully switched off.After they changed my mobile parts.Within 2 week my mobile again switched off.In this time it is submitted in Dehradun service center.After many time I am requesting to Samsung customer care, service center but they are not helping me.Finally they said they are not replacing my mobile in this time it have no problem.Please any one help me I am suffering lots for this mobile. Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 23, 2018 Updated by tridipa biswas Today itself I am not getting any solution. 2015 to 2018, I am too much suffering for this mobile. Please help me. | |||
