Samsung — Defective Television Delivered by Samsung and Not Replacing | |||
I have logged many complaints but I have not got any response from Executive team/ServiceTeam for my television issues with registered complain no ( [protected], [protected]). There are defects in my television and service agents had tried to repair my tv and broken some parts so I want replacement of my television. I have informed samsung earlier that last time Samsung engineer visited to repair my Television with faulty and old part(may be) i.e LED Panel. While repairing Samsung Engineer has broken Samsung Logo by mistake.He himself confirms same over conference call arranged by Samsung. This is very frustrating for me. I have never expected such services from Samsung because I have spend money for brand like Samsung. Samsung can not misguide and let down its customer with these services.
