Samsung — DEFFECTIVE SAMSUNG S5 REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION

Hello Sir My father Mr R K Sharma purchased SAMSUNG S5 from KONCEPT electronic on 30th Oct 2014 Since then my Mobile phone is having problems like Battery drainage, screen fluctuation, phone heats up immediately, phone disconnects on its own etc...I am complaining abt this phone to Samsung customer care but till date they have not solved my problem. On 12 dec 2014 executive came to my home to pik up phone and said third party software issue but agn after 3-4 days when they gave my phone back again I am having same problem.Now I am calling them agn and agn that my phone is not working and I am having problems but till date no executive came to my place every time they say they will take my phone agn but I won't be able gve my phone agn and agn as my father important work is there in the phone but when I agreed to gve my phone after your executive promised me that they will help me take full important backup nw they are calling me that they cannot do so.They are not doing anything about my phone . Kindly Request you to take necessary action as now I don't want to keep this deffective phone Plz get it exchanged or refund my money as I am fed up from SAMSUNG services and products As this is my new phone and is under warranty like this my warranty will end soon.
