Dear Sir, Sub. matter: Deficiency in service in Mobile Samsung galaxy S5 We have purchased a mobile from the “The mobile store limited” Shop No. 3 & 4, Heritage Plaza, Opposite Gurukul Mandir, Drive In Road Ahmadabad 380052, Gujarat The details are as under Model name: mobile Samsung galaxy S5 SM-G900HZKAINU, Serial No: RF1F414XLZP, IMEI NO: [protected] Bill Invoice No.2190/11210579 Price Rs.44999+vat 15%=5869.43=Total amount paid Rs.50868./- on[protected] The status and according to guarantee and warranty it reflects that it is waterproof and dust Resistance. However within 8 months of its buying it has failed to functioning intoto. Therefore We contacted your authorized person (Rajendra shah)service center [protected] at “SHREE RAM KRISHNA ENTERPRISE” first floor satguru complex Ahmedabad 380015 on[protected] and entrusted them for its repairing and service. When it was delivered to your above service center it was intact and in good order. The details of your above service centre is as under Job sheet No: 1) [protected] date:[protected] time: 12:33:17 2) [protected] date:[protected] time: 21:19:36 On next day evening it was found damaged and its screen in broken condition. On enquiry it has come to know that it was occurred due to mishandling of your above service centre staff while opening and operating the instrument Under the circumstances we humbly urge redressal of grievances by replacing the instrument. Your company being an esteemed and customer oriented we hope you will not allow us to do any complain in consumer in this regard and do justice to us by replacing the same at the earliest and oblige Awaiting prompt action Thanking you
