Sir/Madam, I had bought a Samsung Washing Machine from Nasirabad (Ajmer) Rajasthan. Its dryer is not working properly. I lodged the complaint with the local vendor but i didnt get any useful response at all. I am totally fed up.Lastly I am writing to you that my faith in Samsung has gone faint and if this time i did not get some positive result, I will never go for any Samsung product in future.
