Samsung — Delay in delivery and no status update

I have ordered a refrigerator ( order id [protected] )from samasung app on[protected], today is[protected]. I haven't received any status update about my order. I have talked with customer service many times but each time they just reply that my issue has been raised and will be subsequently dealt with, but their is no response from samasung after that.
They are just misusing the trust the normal citizen have because of them being a multinational brand.
I request you to look into issue and get it resolved.
