I pre-ordered samsung galaxy s20 ultra through samsung website on 03/03/2020 with deferred exchange option with my old samsung galaxy s10 plus (8gb/128gb) with exchange value rs. 40730/- (Including rs.5000/- extra). My order id is [protected]. I received samsung galaxy s20 ultra on 17/03/2020. However, samsung exchange partner cashify intimated that they will only give rs. 34610/- (Including rs. 5000/- extra) instead of rs.40730/-. I sent many mails to samsung customer care to clarify the exchange value and to take action to pick up my old phone samsung galaxy s10 plus urgently. No action was taken.
In the meantime, lockdown started and all activities stopped. Now, after the starting of economic activities wef 18/05/2020, neither my old phone samsung galaxy s10 plus (8gb/128gb) was picked up nor any clarification was sent by you regarding exchange value of the old mobile. I sent many mails to samsung customer care about this, but no reply received.
It is very pathetic to see the way samsung is handling high-end customer. Samsung customer care is not bothered to reply the customer. Please take action for early pickup of my old mobile samsung galaxy s10 plus (8 gb/128 gb) at rs 40730/-. Was this information helpful? |
