This is regarding my Samsung Galaxy A 50s, I bought this phone in the month of December 2019, and after 3 to 4 months, it started bending and till now, it bend too much. Because of lockdown, i couldn't go to Samsung service center, but yeah, Today i went to service center and there they behaved with me so rudely and didn't talk nicely. They told its not the company's fault, its your fault, and you will be charged around 4500/-.
Actually This phone is used by my brother who is handicapped, I requested there to please consider my complain, its a manufacturing defect. I heard on Quara also this happened with so many A50 and A70 phones, but they didn't help us. Even they made my phone out of warranty, and forced me to first repaur this issue otherwise we wont waive your warranty back.
I bought this phone of 23000 by taking loan, and now this happened, . please forward my request to samsung head quarter and help us.
