I ordered Samsung Galaxy S22 on 22/09/2022 through Samsung
Shop App and it was delivered on 24/09/2022. I opted for the
deferred exchange (Smart exchange) facility. In that, they allow
24-48 hours to transfer the data from the old to a new device but I
have to pay the full amount for the new device. As per the offer, I
got 24080 as the exchange value of my old device(OnePlus Nord) and the amount
would be refunded after the pickup within 24-48 hours. Today
11/10/2022, it has been more than two weeks and nobody came for
the pickup and my money is stuck. I raised several complaints
about the speedy pickup of the old device. Except assurance
they are doing nothing. I doubt that they will not pick up the old
device as they already have the full amount for the new device.
