I have ordered two product on May 3 2023 and delivery date was given as 6 May 2023 and today is 15 May 2023 and product is yet to be delivered.
Also kept talking to customer about the issue and they kept mentioning that issue has been escalated but my question is if it escalated why it was not resolved. Because team was not aware of the real issue.
When I have ordered the product delivery PIN code was give as 560083 and when the shipping was done PIN code was wrongly entered as 560043 by Samsung team. This was informed to customer care but they said you don’t worry product will be delivered on Monday 8 May 2023.
Because of Samsung team mistake customer should suffer and pay penalty of delayed product/refund after 7 days if canceled. Ultimately whoever does mistake customer should face the consequences.
I have requested cancellation 10 May 2023 and that was also not processed as the predicted is not sent back to Samsung India as undelivered product.
I am calling[protected] Samsung support every day but they are only giving commencement of 24 to 48 hours but not able to solve this issue till date.
For you mistake take responsibility and pay the penalty so that you don’t make same mistake in future.
