Dear Samsung Support team,
I am writing this mail with highest regret that my order#[protected] was placed on 28-Oct-2021 and was about to deliver on 05-Nov-2021.
I would like to understand the reason for such a long delay and no prompt response in last 12 days despite so many follow ups.
In the very first instance, I was told that due to the festive season the orders are getting delayed. Later I was told that it is because of the availability of stock.
I was given Delhivery AWB number for tracking my order from samsung Support team. While check the shipment status on Delhivery, it is showing that the Shipment Pick up was scheduled for 4 times and your servic partner didn't handed over physical shipment so Delhivery cancelled the pick up order request.
Contradictory, It is shown on Samsung Shop app that order is accepted and packed. To cross verify availability of stock, when I am putting fresh order on Samsung Shop App for the same SKU, it is not showing 'Out of Stock' notice which implies that stock is available with Savex Technology - your partner.

Kindly resolve the issue immediately.
If required, kindly cancel the above order and issue fresh coupon Code to redeem the Bezels.
