Samsung — Delay in repair of my phone

I am writing this to complain to you about the poor service facility by your Samsung service center .I purchased Samsung A51 in Nov 2020. I went to your service center QDIGI Service limited Janakpuri New Delhi 110018 ( Service center -[protected]) and I gave my phone Samsung A 51 for repair on 12th july 2021 to Service center and whose bill number is [protected]. But till now I did not get the Phone repaired nor did I get any information from the service center.
After calling your customer care 4 times I was assured of a reminder.
After calling 1 hour on the number given on the receipt ([protected]) given by the service center. They picked up the call and given new contact number.
Then after calling on the new number, They told that it will take another one week for the phone to repair. Because they did not received phone parts yet.
That's why I want to say that if you do not have the parts of the phone, then why do you make the Phone. Because of this, I am facing a lot of mental and financial problems. Your company and poor service facility is responsible for this.
So my problem should be looked into and it should be solved as soon as possible.
