Hi,

Not really sure if anyone in Samsung is literally bothered about the CUSTOMERs or not. Even now I am struggling to get any kind of resolution for the lack of service from Samsung Service centre in Bijnor, UP, 246701.

The technician visited my place last evening at 6.45 pm and said nothing can be done now, I will give report to centre and they will do the work tomorrow i.e. today. Since 15th July, I am being forced here or there and given multiple numbers to CALL ON, but not one imbecile has responded. It is as if Samsung knows they provided faulty AC and are now looking away from facing the issue.

Have called Samsung CUSTOMER care 4-5 times now, each time they tell us that they have forwarded the request to service centre on priority but nothing has happened. They gave me a number of a person Gazi[protected], but this guy doesn’t seem to answer calls, have tried at least 5-6 times, but no answer or call back. The technician (Sajid - [protected]) who visited yesterday was supposed to do so day before yesterday, didn’t and yesterday came 15 minutes before there duty ends, as if this was a customary call. He today says that he is on leave and asks me to contact service centre, where he gave me a number of the biggest ###, Tahir[protected], who on first 3 calls doesn’t respond, on the 4th try the call gets picked up only for this guy to now tell me that if he has some guy then he will send.

Is this the kind of fraud CUSTOMER service that Samsung promises. I want the AC to either be repaired on uninstalled from my house by end of day today. I am fed up of Samsung, i will purchase a new AC for the room, but just get this fiasco and fraud of a company Samsung out of my house.

If a resolution is not provided by end of day today, i will be forced to take this up to the respective legal authorities against both Samsung India and Samsung service center.

It has already been 6 days and all that has happened is that I have put in a complaint to Samsung CEO, Samsung service head and here, only resolution I got was that you all promise service centre will call, but your service Center doesn’t seem to care for the promises being made. Service head promised call back, nothing happened. ceo office promised resolution by Monday, haven’t got a call also from your people. Your brand is a disgrace to customer service and you abolish it. Customer will atleast then can take care of the products they unfortunately purchased from Samsung .

    My Samsung TV stopped working in warranty period. I raised complaint, however the technical also could not rectify it.
    I was offered coupon for the amount of the TV which i refused as it was with too much terms and condition. I wanted full cash refund. After few weeks of mails and conversation I was offered full amount refund in form of DD or cheque. I was told that I would receive it in 15 to 20 days.
    Now its more than 20 days but I have not received the refund. even after mailing on the same ID which I was chatting in I am not able to get any reply. Screen shot of confirmation I have attached.
    NOW WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

      On 26th December 2020, I purchased a new Samsung M11 phone from your Smart Zone center at G-1/2 KP Infi nity Complex, Opp Inox Cinema, Vadodara 390007 vide their invoice number IM18/3430 dated 26th December 2020. Being in a hurry, I did not check the phone at that time and took delivery. Next day morning ie. 27th December 2020 at around 11.30 am or so I returned the phone back to the Smart Zone center as it was not working, particularly the touchscreen was not working and was not accepting any command. The same was tried by the people manning the center and I was informed that they will have it checked up and if required give me a replacement.
      The next day when I went to take my phone back or replacement, I was informed that the phone was dropped and therefore I would have to pay to have it repaired. The phone was not dropped nor was this seen when I returned it back and to now say that it is broken and I have to pay for it to get repaired, seems to me that I am being taken for a ride.
      Having been a loyal customer of Samsung all these years, I find the charge made by SmartZone center ludicrous and trying to take advantage which is not acceptable coming from a company like Samsung.
      I have bought a new phone which I had given in perfect condition back as it was not working and the same was accepted by the center and now to be told that I have to pay for repairs when I have not used the phone at all is not acceptable to me and I demand a complete replacement.

      it has been more than six months now and Samsung keeps on writing to me that they are looking into the matter but have offered no resolution. I am attaching herewith some of the documents for ready perusal

          Blocks appeared on tv. The tv is still under warranty. There is no scratch on tv but when contacted customer care they asked for photo of the picture in tv and said the panel is broken and it is not covered under warranty and should be replaced. Agreeing we ordered for the panel and it's been 12 days we have no update from service centre and when we call they tell still the panel has not come and now they say it will come after 20 days. We are from Bangalore and being in metro city we are facing issue that they dont have parts in stock at all.

              Dear sir

              This is with reference to above mentioned subject i would like to express my dissatisfaction with Samsung product & its services.

              I bought a Samsung side by side refrigerator from Vijay sales gurugram in April 2019.since then I have been complaining regarding the problems I am facing with the refrigerator display.At first the service executives continuously told us that there is a loose connection which can be resolved, when my fridge was in warranty.

              But last year when my warranty expired and pandemic was going on they told us that it is the problem of the door which has to be changed at our cost.

              I wonder when I was complaining for the problem since very beginning then why would I pay for the door.when it was already a defective piece.As now my fridge doesn’t lie in the warranty but I received a defective piece which should be either changed or the door should be replaced with a new one.

              If there was no problem in the fridge I am not stupid to call the helpline again and again.I really feel that I have done a horrible mistake purchasing a Samsung product instead I should have bought any other company that would at least provided me with a correct guidance and service and not like your company cheating people.

              I am a layman how Would I know what is the problem in the refrigerator I Was made to believe by your executive (which you had sent at our place to check the problem )that it is a wire problem.

              I paid the full amount for refrigerator which I bought then why a defective piece has been handed over to me and even not trying to resolve the matter.

              I please please please request you to pls change the door at companies cost or refund my full amount of the refrigerator and take back your defective piece.

              Hence requesting you to please look into the matter and give a solution urgently.

                We bought S21 on 21 June 2021 and today suddenly the screen went blank. We went to service center and they said it can be repaired but not replaced.

                I have spent 85990 on this and less than a month it has this issue.

                I want my phone to be replaced and not repaired.

                  Hope you are doing well.
                  I am writing to you out of sheer disappointment, and wastage of my precious time and money!

                  Please refer below the Summary of my ongoing Customer complaint for my Samsung refrigerator (SAMSUNG REF RT39R551ES8 ELEGANT INOX).


                  Friday : Day 1(9th July 2021) : Called customer care and initiated a complaint as Samsung Refrigerator purchased in March 2020 stopped working.
                  Call Reference No: [protected]

                  Saturday :Day 2(10th July 2021): 1st Technician visited (Amarjeet Sehgal, [protected]). As per his check, Gas is choked in the refrigerator and it requires cleaning and refilling. He asked for Rs2800 to get it done on same day and shared the bill with us

                  Day2 (10th July 2021): 2nd Technician visited at 6pm (Jitender, [protected]). As per his check, there is gas leakage not choked. He cut copper coil between the compressor and condenser in front o[censored]s where sudden gas came on his face. We confirmed from him because if there is a gas leakage then gas shouldn’t have come out. He told us that the condenser is faulty from where he cut the coil. We checked with him if it can be repaired.. He said its only replaceable and not repairable. He confirmed that it will be done by next day for sure.

                  Sunday :Day 3 (11th July 2021): We called Jitender at 11am to confirm his visit. He said he is not working on Sunday. Another Technician will visit.
                  At 5pm, 3rd Technician, Irfan (Senior technician, [protected]) visited us with a new condenser. He told us that he is here because an earlier technician couldn’t diagnose the issue!
                  He checked and told us that there is no leakage problem and the condenser generally works for 12 years. He was shocked to know how the former Technician cut the wire. The condenser was absolutely fine!

                  He suggested that the condenser should be replaced. Since it was Technician2's fault, we disagreed to make any payment for it (payment of 2800 was already made for gas refilling.)
                  He called service center, and the owner (some Bhatia, [protected]) talked to us very aggressively, asking for payment if we needed the refrigerator to be fixed.

                  Monday: Day4 (12th July 2021): After giving N no of rings on call centre, they confirmed IRFAN will come. However, JITENDER came again with other person, Technician4. They were not carrying Samsung ID cards, the identity of Technician 4 appeared to be Fraud to us. So we didn’t allow them to do anything. They wanted to take away a part and get it repaired from somewhere. Still, without our consent, he took pictures of the refrigerator. The Service center owner again misbehaved with my Mother on call, which is heights of misconduct with the customer!

                  Call received from the service center and they started blaming us that you called any private vendor to cut the condenser. After arguing they finally agreed the technician mistake and they started offering a discount to us. We have escalated our case to the escalation team (Geeta, Senior person). We briefed her and she agreed that something is fishy.
                  At 6pm, we received a call from Deepak (Service area manager [protected]). He promised us that the refrigerator will start working tomorrow morning (Tuesday) for sure. In case it is not fixed, a temporary refrigerator will be arranged.

                  Tuesday: Day5(13th July 2021): No Technician visited. We called Deepak around 11:30am and asked for the updates. He agreed that the fault is created by the technician and your part will be replaced free of cost. Only gas refill changes need to be paid (Already paid on 1st day, INR 2800). He mentioned it will take 2 days to get the genuine fix done.

                  Wednesday: Day6 (14th July 2021): Received call from service centre that Condenser is not available yet!
                  It will take another 3-4 days (still tentative) to get the replacement done. How is it possible, we get a new refrigerator in a few hours, but a small part can not come even after almost a week?
                  We asked to arrange the temporary refrigerator as promised by Deepak, but he denied and said wait for another 2 days as it is "THANDA THANDA MAUSAUM". Now he stopped picking our phone.

                  Wednesday: Day7 (15th July 2021): Received a call from Samsung (Aanchal) that wait for another 20 days.

                  The Service center and Samsung Customer Care is probably discussing who will bear the costs, and just delaying the matter.

                  Sir, we are a 6 member family and it is not possible to stay so long without a refrigerator in this weather, as you can understand. We had to throw a lot of food items that went stale.

                  I work in a Vendor company and I know how precious we treat our customers, Customer is King! But in this situation, Customer is being treated like NoOne. Due to our experience, we will not be able to recommend Samsung products to anyone!
                  As a company dealing with Consumer goods, I expect Samsung to understand the matter o[censored]rgency. The refrigerator is just 1 year old, cost us 40K, and now we don’t have even basic commitment to get it fixed. We did not expect this kind of customer handling at all!

                    Hi this is Rama krishna .I bought a Smartphone named Samsung Galaxy s20+ on 17th Oct, 2020.I faced an issue with my camera so I visited the nearest authorized Samsung Service center at Khammam. They said that my phone's back panel's tape is open on its right top corner from inside which caused the water to get in and damage my Camera module and service center have confirmed to me that they were the first ones to open my device. The reason for buying this device at such a premium price is because of its water resistance rating . I handed my mobile at the service centre on 28th June 2021 they didn't considered my device under warranty so for getting my device into warranty I have contacted Samsung customer care from that day, daily a executive picks the call hears all the details and finally tell us that they will be arranging a call back from their supervisor. I received a call from the supervisor he heard the conversation of mine and contacted the service centre to check whether my case Is genuine or not after the conversation with the service guy the supervisor conformed me that my case is genuine and promised me a call back within 24 hours that 24 hrs turned 15 days and never received a call, so I am daily contacting the customer care but no call back from the supervisor even nearly 20 days after handing my device at the service center, they need a conformation mail from the company to take my phone under warranty and repair . see even after telling my case is genuine you as a reputable company delayed the process without customers fault and you are suffering your customer even the fault is on you.This type of response from the company kills its trust on the company .
                    My question is how my phone's seal is open because as a customer we don't know how the seal is open with out no one opening it. That means I got a phone from the factory itself which is not sealed properly and charged me full amount for the device by saying it is water resistance of IP68, it does not even withstand sweat and rain . So you are the one who sent me a defective phone and I received it.I need immediate action to be taken by your side to resolve my issue because its been more than 20 days with out my phone .

                          I have submitted my sumsang mobile M31after software issue at samsung service center on 5 of July 2021 . the product in full warranty and the executive update that it will be returned after 2 days, but again and again they are not resolving the issue due to part is not available to the service center, every time they are promising that it will be resolve withing 2 days and again after 2 days changing the date

                            Religiously am chasing team samsung since last 2 months for My washing Machine same is at service center but till date no resolution provided to me, In last two and half months twice I have send my product at service center but nothing been done, Now after 2 months team is not able to provide me resolution and different different people narrated different excuses to me, In short they are making me fool..

                            This is the service are we providing to customers, How my family managing things without machine that I know only..

                            Would request you to pls ask team samsung to arrange a replacement by today only..

                            Numbers of emails I have shared with Support Team, Service Head but all in Vain, Not a single revert I Received

                            Expecting Immediate Corrective Action to avoid further Disputes..

                            Hi!

                            Just a short brief over my concern from day 1, Also find the name and number of your team mates I have been chasing case since long.

                            First visit of engineer to check issue at my place, He confirmed there is a fault you have to send it at service station, No is ([protected])

                            Now story started from your service center @ Agra

                            1- Mr.Chetan ( In touch from Day One till 14th July) [protected]

                            In first attempt he said issue has been resolved and send back that machine to me that too without resolution, I don't know what he has done, and why double checks not been done before confirmation given to customer.

                            Very Next day again machine sent to your service station on 9th june or 11th June, He checked again and found some issue that he has confirmed over call to my wife and waited for part, 15th days back he said that he received the part and will sort it out and send machine t me maximum by 2-3 days,

                            Now again I had a discussion with him he said even after replacing the part issue not been resolved, Seems there is a fault with this product and he forwarded this issue to concern team for approval of Replacement, For a week time again i waited for a approval basis on the assurance given for a day again n again...

                            He stopped picking up the calls and reverted over wats up just to wait for few more days for a resolution even after sending reminders he is not updating to me & my wife now.

                            All of sudden I got a call from Mr.Sharma([protected]) in last week, He said your machine is perfectly fine and there is no such issue with this product, if there is no issue with the product than what you guys are doing with this since 9th or 11th June when machine sent to you again ???????????????????? why there was a need to change the part..???????????? why i have been asked that request for approval sent to replace this product..???????????????? He also stopped addressing my concern

                            Now again I got a call from Mr. Maharaja ([protected]) He told me the same story again that product is fine than what you guys are doing with since 9th june..??????????????????????????????????

                            4 different people from same service center @ Agra saying different different story, Now question on the efficiency of your staff are they not capable or you are making fool of customer.

                            My question is why ..?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

                            Now you are saying that am not using it properly, Number of times we discussed how are we using this product and what is my concern, You agreed and promised to look in to this, Now all have changed theirs words

                            Either arrange a demo with same module at my place in presence of your engineer, My wife and mother will use it in front of you to identify the feature you have developed in this module.

                            Or you refund me the amount of Machine I paid for this + expense of 2 months @ 2500 per month paid to my made for additional work.

                            Replacement or Refund pls confirm me...

                            Why am getting calls from different different people just after next week..?????

                            Is there any one in SAMSUNG INDIA Who can address it...??????

                            Sorry this is quite impossible for me to update on Issue every new person...

                            On 7th July 2 Months is going to complete, Since that day my product is at your Service Center...

                            This kind of behaviour and approach will lead to next level and with serious action..

                            I will buy new product from market on 9th July, Can't wait anymore on this.. Keep that product with you and refund my money
                            Entire Team and details shared over portal by samsung are helpless even though they don't respond...
                            Pathetic experience and they harassed like any thing..

                            Customer experience is zero...

                              My Samsung friz service request no [protected].
                              During service the engineer said it your friz can not be repaired part is not available .friz is with in warranty period 4 and half year passed since purchasing 10 yr warranty .
                              They said they will provide depreciation.
                              The purchase cost of my Samsung friz is 65000.
                              Still no action made for reasonable depreciation and no one local customer care picking phone and non responsive attitude toward service.
                              Request to clear complains and arrange for reasonable depreciation minimum 30000.
                              as per duration o[censored]se to avoid further complications.
                              Otherwise we are left with no option other than to go for consumer court.

                                Dear Samsung India Pvt Ltd.,
                                I ordered a Samsung front load washing machine WW80K54E0UX-F from your website on June 15, 2021. I was given an estimated delivery date of July 04, 2021.
                                After calling and mailing the support team several times, I received a call on July 16, 2021 from the higher management team and I was given commitment that the item will be delivered in the next four to five working days.
                                Again on July 13, 2021, I had a call from a Samsung executive and I was given commitment that the order will be delivered in the next two to three working days.
                                Today on July 14, 2021, without my consent, the order got cancelled. I request you not to cancel the order and deliver the item as per your commitment.
                                At this point, I feel cheated after paying a huge sum of money for the washing machine. I have incurred a huge cost in arranging a laundry service due to the delay in washing machine delivery. Also, I have lost interest on the money that I have paid for your failed services. At this point, getting a refund without interest is not acceptable.
                                In case if you fail to deliver the item, please help me with the contact details (Postal and Emails, phone numbers) to which I can escalate the issue and get a satisfactory resolution.

                                oMG. My daughter, who works 2 jobs to support her family and pay her bills, ordered a dishwasher and is experiencing the same issue. Samsung has accepted 2 payments, told her several times it was out for delivery, twice that, 'for some reason' someone cancelled the order, and after that, twice it was out for delivery again. Ordered in Dec. 2021, it's 4/2/22. She's paid $400 so far for an expensive product she does not have yet, and yesterday, Samsung's delivery 'service' updated the site to show the dishwasher was delivered, only... she does not have one! Thinking the driver of the delivery truck has a new one in HIS/HER home perhaps. Am Hoping the State Attorney General's office of consumer complaints can get this resolved. I know I will NOT be purchasing any more Samsung appliances myself. And I will be needing a fridge, stove, microwave in the next year or so myself. Shame on Samsung for their lousy customer service! Perhaps I should say 'non-existent' customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!

                                    I have some complaints regarding the same. From since last one month the display vision going to diminish and in full brightness it is very difficult to view. It is also in different review a lot of customer face same problem in display of this model.
                                    The picture on screen and continuously reduction the brightness of display. I rash to your authorized service center in Auraiya in Uttar Pradesh. But he is not given positive response.
                                    There is no any damage in set I had paid a huge amount to buy this product and therefore, want a prompt response. As this device is well within the warranty period, I would like you to replace this product immediately. I have been a long time customer of Samsung and therefore, would like you to maintain this trust.
