I bought samsung top loading washing machine on July 2020. After new machine delivery, the internal plastic bucket is broken due to outerbody manufacturing fault. I made a complaint to samsung on that time, I have bad response due to corona. After that I went to my native. Now the machine outer body complaint is rectified by engineers, but they refused to replace the inner bucker. They said it is not under warranty. Now what can I do.     I had purchased Samsung M42 from its website and received the mobile on 31st May 2021. Just one month after the purchase, the battery had to be charged multiple times a day. Upon calling the customer care on 22nd July, I was asked to visit Samsung Service Centre at Velachery (they provided me with their mobile number). Had been there on 24th July and they had reset and updated the software on my mobile. Just after 3-4 days, the problem started again and also the calls started getting disconnected abruptly.
    Upon contacting them again (27th July), I was told that a Supervisor will be calling me. After that got a call from Chennai number asking me to visit the service centre again. I told that it’s not possible for me to visit quite often and spend half day there. I requested him to share my number to their service center so that they can come and collect it which he refused to do. He said he will give the number & I have to visit the service centre if I want to get it done.
    I called customer care on 1st August and she promised me that I will be getting a call before 11am tomorrow (since today is Sunday).
    Since I didn’t receive any calls as promised and also because one more issue arose in the phone, I called customer care today (11 Aug 2021). The call lasted 40 minutes 9 seconds after which the supervisor informed that I have to pay Rs 199/- for them to collect my mobile and check the fault and rectify it. I clearly mentioned that I’m not ready to spend any single paise on it. I suggested 3 options :
    1. to fix all the problems for free
    2. to replace the mobile with a new one
    3. to refund the amount.
    He categorically said that he can’t accept any of these. My request to provide the number or email id of a senior authority whom I can contact was also denied outright.

      Its been 30+ days since I bought the samsung s7+ tablet and I am eligible for the offer to get keyboard for 7k. Samsung- brand store and customer care are now denying me/ delaying the offer and its been 30+ days. They have been harassing me a lot.

        Hi
        I purchased my Samsung phone on 18th March, they said they would send my watch at home .. I never received the watch, the store got closed and now the customer service saying that offer is expired

        After taking 1.5lac rs they refuse to give me my watch
        I have all bills, plus the second wave also came so I could check with the team earlier

        Pathetic service n rude staff
        I said I can submit my hospital forms of having COVID too but they not ready to listen

        A. It is the store fault that it didn’t send our watch or say there was a time to redeem
        B even if there was a time to redeem, second wave of covid happened ..how do we follow up with serious COVID situation at home

          Purchased a TV from Flipkart and was delivered to me on 29th July 2021.
          Flipkart and Samsung promised within 24Hr-48Hr Demo and installation.

          From that day till today i.e. 10th August 2021 I am making numerous calls and chats with Samsung Customer Care and Flipkart.
          They promise to install within 1-2 days and threatened me that if I do the installation myself the warranty will be void. Its a real pain and mental torcher to see the product that you purchased sitting in front of you and cannot use it for almost 15 days.

            I pre-booked this phone since there was a cashback offer on the use of HDFC credit card on the Samsung website. After 6 months of chasing, I have been told that I am not eligible for a cashback because I exchanged my old phone on their website.

            Why does this stop me from getting a cashback? Any other website or a physical store would give both. How can they be treated as a clubbing of 2 schemes?

            The support desk is not competent enough to handle any query and cannot provide any help.

              As mentioned by one of our client above,
              .we have received the same issue. After frequent visits to Samsung showroom. There is no proper response.

              My phone just brought one year before and exactly one day out of warranty.

              Since this a known issue from Samsung side. I request necessary team to check and support this case

              We are very much annoyed of this samsung product.

                Hi Sir,

                I have purchased samsung galaxy m 21 mobile last year in july 2020, after use of six months I noticed it frequently gets restart one or two time in a day, I checked with customer care and while doing remote support they done some clean up activities after that post one month again that problem occurred then I visited service center near me at Dombivali Maharashtra, they checked and after one day they called and told me that it will take 8000 rs for repair because mother board need to replace, I told him within one year how it can be possible but they do not have any answer.

                I am writing this mail because I have checked with other users as well and found same problem with this model. Last month, one year completed and now because no warranty available need to pay 8000 which is half of the price money of mobile.

                I think samsung is cheating with customer to make defaulter model which will work properly in warranty period and once completed one year it will not work and need to pay half of prise Or by new model.

                Could you please let me know should I pay 8000 rupees for a model which I have used only 12 month. As per my understanding no, samsung should consider this model to repair free of cost otherwise no one will believe on samsung brand, it will be fraud branding which they do with made in India slogan.

                    Had purchased a Samsung AC in 2015 in Chennai and in this year in March 2021, registered a request for inspection and installation of the AC in Hyderabad with Samsun Call center, with very specific instructions that AC be installed only after proper inspection and if found in working condition. If not in working condition, then I will only pay the minimum charges which I was told will be Rs 500 and not get the AC installed. I was assured that Samsung service engineer will inspect and install only if it’s working
                    The service engineer from Samsung inspected and confirmed AC is working fine, but will need gas, new copper pipes and new remote will need to be purchased and charged Rs 8, 400 for Installation and later I spent Rs 900 for the remote. But AC stopped working after a few day, for which I lodged a fresh complaint, this time the AC repair person from Samsung informed that the earlier person was a external contract from Samsung who is being used due to high work load and has overcharged me and the AC will need to go to work shop for proper inspection and repair and arranged for a refund of Rs 3, 000 from the earlier person
                    Later I was informed that AC will need condenser and evaporator replacement and I will have to pay another additional R 9000 for repairs for which I refused and asked for a refund of the earlier amount I had paid for installation as it was done based on the assurance that the AC is working fine and I will not have to incur any further expenditure on it
                    After multiple discussions over 3 months, a settlement was agreed with Samsung team that the AC will be repaired at a discounted cost after subtracting the earlier installation charges. But surprisingly after 1 month of assurance that the AC is being repaired, I was told that the AC cannot be repaired and if I needed a refund I need to produce the original AC purchase Invoice, which I had already clarified many times that I did not have the original invoice during early discussions and there is no way for me to get the invoice now as the purchase was made in Chennai
                    Over the last, Samsung team has just ceased all communication and are not responding to any of my mail, though my AC is still with their service center for almost 5 months now

                      I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M21 handset model SM-M215F/DS, IMEI: 356059/11/159587/8, S/N: RZ8N90KRKDE from Amazon in October, vide invoice No. 2021IN-SJAB-275502 dated 19.10.2020.
                      Its display has become blurred.
                      Your service centre advised me to contact nearest service centre. I visited Aidhi Projects Private Limited, K-17, Ground Floor, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi-110024. They have wrongly diagnosed the defect as 'Liquid Damage' because the handset has never been close to water or any other liquid.
                      When I sent a fresh email to your customer care, requesting them to advise the service centre to repair the handset under warrant without any charges, they replied:

                      "Dear Mr. Halim,

                      Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

                      We at Samsung understand the severity of the issue and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

                      In reference to your mail regarding the Galaxy M21 repair, kindly be informed that as per your Job sheet number ([protected]), the service team has mentioned that there is "Liquid Damage" in the device. We would like to inform you that as per Samsung warranty guidelines, water-locked issues are not considered under the warranty. Therefore, services will be done on a chargeable basis.

                      For more details of the warranty, kindly visit the below-mentioned link;
                      http://www.samsung.com/in/support/warranty/

                      In order to help you, we request you kindly coordinate with the service center team. They will surely provide a satisfactory solution under Samsung guidelines. If any issue persists feel free to approach us via the same channel.

                        We brought Samsung Refrigerator before 16 months.It was 2019 model and it cost Rs.22000. They gave 1 year Warranty and 10 years warranty for compressor.A few weeks ago a Sound emits from the Refrigirator and then we contact to the samsung Service Center and report about it. They came and checked it and Said that the compressor had gone and you need to replace it. He bought Rs.790 after a few days we call them and ask about it .They said more reasons like conductor had gone, gas had leaked etc., and total estimation will be Rs.2252. We were shocked. After that nobody talks about it and if we call back to them they said the Same as before. Your Service is the Worst Service we had seen .

                          I would like to bring to your notice that, I bought a samsung note 10 lite from your store ( Sargam Store-Sector 29, Gurgaon ) dated on 26-August-2020, Bill no.GUR-20-5584.

                          Case -

                          Few days ago, I observed a charging issue in my phone. Therefore, I visited near by samsung service centre in my town (Alwar, Rajasthan -301001) but unfortunately they told me that " Your phone is already opened and got scratches, fingerprint and marking on internal parts of your phone, So we cannot cover your phone issue under warranty, They also asked to contact store for the discrepancy mentioned above.

                          I have also taken the phone insurance from airtel and till date my phone falls under warranty, therefore i never even thought of opening a cellphone outside service centre.

                          Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible on priority.

                            In the Month of February 2021, i raised a compaint to samsung that My HomeTheater(Model: HTj5550k) is having error mentioning that when i open the YOUTUBE or any app iam getting a message "System time is updating try again later" but the app is not opening. so i raised a complaint to samsung But i was told that Board needs to be replaced for the app to work and the total cost to replace the board is around 6k. Also i was told that only if i pay 3000 Advance samsung service team will raise request for the new board. i accepted that i paid Rs3000/- as advance in february. And after a week Service engineer from samsung came and tried to replaced the new board.But New board was faulty and the service person replaced the old board back again on the same day and went.

                            After two weeks i follow up with samsung service and the service person brought new board and said that new board too is faulty and went back.After that iam not getting proper response from SAMSUNG service.

                            From Begining of February, i have been calling multiple times to samsung service center But no proper response. I requested the samsung team to escalate My ticket which opened on february.On june 17 a service engineer came and checked the Samsung Home Theater and went back saying that he will order new board but no call from samsung service after that. A week later again i called customer care till date iam not getting proper response from samsung service.

                            Recently i have Dialed to 1800 40 SAMSUNG[protected] customer care and asked the person to transfer the call to the supervisor to ask why my issue is not resolved ? The support person put the call on hold to tranfer the call samsung supervior after about 30 seconds or a minute the call is not transfered and the support person says that escalaion supervisors are busy in an another call. They would arrange the call back for my issues. I have called multiples times to samsung service even after amonth also iam getting same response from samsung service and no call back from escalation supervisors.

                            I never expected such a worst service from samsung i will not recommend samsung product to anyone.

                            I raised a ticket to samsung only for YOUTUBE app not working but the service engineer came and made my HomeTheater faulty that DISC TRAY is keeps opening when switched on and not allowing me to close or do any functions to operate this was happened when samsung service engineer came for the first visit.

                            Now Samsung service team has made my Hometheater faulty and I have paid Rs3000 as an advance to samsung service to fix the issue but issue is not fixed. i was not able to use the samsung product from February.

                            Will My HomeTheater will be repaired or replaced? what happened to the advance paid? Samsung will take years to response or fix the customer issue? Why samsung team is requesting us to buy new product/appliance when there is poor service from you.

                              I have purchased the Samsung Mobile M31S mobile by Amazon e-marketing on 03.09.2020 vide Inv. no. IN-DEL2-473729, but the mobile suddenly automatically shootdown & restart again and again, at least 10 to 20 times in a minute.
                              Due to that I have lost my all the data as saved in the same mobile as per instructions followed by the care after resetting the same.
                              But as per Local Service Centre(Bill no. [protected]/03.08.2021) the Mobile have the Issue in Mother Board & they will provide me for next three month warranty in the new mother board as they repaired.
                              As per your damaged & unsatisfied Mobile I have lost my time, contracts & so many data till now. Either you have to provide me again one year warranty in the new mother board as you provided or replace new mobile against the dammed mobile.

                              Samsung Mobile M31S gets repeated problems. A new Phone bought by me from Dubai had failed within 10 days. The display became dark and did not cure on its own. The display was later replaced by Samsung for which they charged me Rs 6800 stating that there is no warranty for the product bought from Dubai. Within 4 months of that repair the mobile failed again in that the battery was not getting charged. For this second repair they have charged me Rs 179. I don't know how long it will continue to function.

                                I bought Samsung 138 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV, 55TU8000 from reliance digital on 09 Aug 2020. On 22 July 2021 i registered a complain regarding screen issue (Complain No - [protected]), and Samsung team told me that my TV issue will be resolved in 5 days, now its more than 17 days and i dont have any update. i am chasing Samsung customer care since Monday (02 Aug 2021) and i am not getting any resolution.

                                    I am very disappointing to hear that you have written in below mail that you have not found any problem during the extensive research by your certified technical support engineer.

                                    You cannot close this case like this.

                                    How could you say that the unit is working fine. Have you seen/used this phone personally?

                                    I request you to take this phone to your home and use it personally. Also you use this phone when your family members and your children are together with you, then only you come on conclusion.

                                    I am the user of this phone who using this phone 24x7. There is a problem with this phone. That's why I am telling you otherwise I don't have much time to tell you.

                                    I will use this phone in front of you and then I will tell is there a problem with this phone or not?

                                    I am informing you from the beginning that there is some internal problem in this phone due to which this phone starts heating up even after using it in few minutes causing that I am not able to put this phone in my ear while attending the phone calls and you are telling me that your service engineer has checked it and they haven't found any problem.

                                    Mr.Amrit Choudhary, you tell me one thing. If you had bought this phone and you were facing this problem, would you use this phone or not, you tell me?

                                    You try to understand. It is a manufacturing defective handset due to which it can blast anytime but you peoples are not accepting Samsung fault in this case.

                                    Yes, I will take delivery of this Samsung phone. But before that you give me a declaration that if there is any blasting or physical injuries to my family members or my children in future, the liability and responsibility solely will be of Samsung India.

                                    I hope that you will find some accepting solution of this issue as soon as possible otherwise I will not have any option left to make this complaint to Samsung Ombudsman or any other concerned authority mentioning that the Samsung India is not accepting their fault in this regards.

                                    It is a very bad experience is going on with me about the product quality as well as service provided by your team and also Samsung service centre since 12.07.2021.

                                    Earlier, I have submitted in my several emails that this is faulty handset having technical problem either in Motherboard or in Battery which is not supporting to installed application resulting over heating o[censored]pper surface of handset.

                                    I referred your email forwarded to me from email ID: Support India &ltsupport.[protected]@samsung.com> on Tue, 27 Jul 2021 16:43:52, wherein Samsung informed me that as per the remarks on service request, firmware upgrade has been done and it is working fine now against reference number: [protected].

                                    Accordingly I visited on 28.07.2021 to M/s.Strength Services Pvt.Ltd, S-515, 1st Floor, School Block, Shakarpur, Delhi (Samsung Authorized Service Centre) to collect my handset.

                                    I have physically checked the handset before taking delivery and after using 05-10 minutes, the handset getting again heat from upper body surface.

                                    I immediately informed to Services Engineer who was interacting with me also noticed heating on outer surface. Later on, they send me to HOD of service centre namely : Mr. Dheeraj Kumar – email ID : [protected]@gmail.com, he was also noticed the same problem and show me his personal mobile phone who was also getting extreme heat that time and reported the cost of his handset around Rs.1.00 lacs.

                                    In this context, I would like to inform you that I am in Insurance division and acting as Insurance surveyor & loss adjuster and engage to visit different loss site by using the navigation of Google Map to reach the site on time and also I am having two little kids at my home, but considering the present outcome of this faulty handset, I am not able to use this handset frequently.

                                    Please note, if any physical injuries/losses took place due to overheating/blasting of this faulting handset to myself or my family members, the solely liability will be of Samsung India (Mobile) and/or Mr. Dheeraj Kumar of M/s. Strength Services Pvt.Ltd, (Samsung Authorized Service Centre), who has already accepting his liability reported to me during my visit to their service centre.

                                    I would also like to submit here that by manufacturing of faulting handset by Samsung India such a high value of Rs.50, 000/ with heating / hanging problem making fool of Indian customer by making such bad mobile phones in the market.

                                    I would also advise Indian customers may please take caution before buying such a faulty handset manufactured by Samsung.

                                    Please also note that in my friend circle as well as my colleagues who are using high value handset like I-PHONE, ONE PLUS, OPPO, VIVEO & MI REALME without any heating / hanging problem and running perfectly OK with frequently using but Samsung does not.

                                    Can Samsung justify that why the high value handset getting heat while frequently using. I just want to inform you that I am not able to put this handset on my ear/cheek because of heating problem and also I want to know from Samsung India that where should I put this phone on my body part to attend phone calls.

                                    In view of the above, I am presuming that Samsung India is manufacturing Mobile handset by using same Motherboard who costing lower than the high value handset.

                                    I would also like to draw your kind attentions that when this handset was in Service centre, I have purchased another Samsung Mobile handset Model: A-12, which is having lots of hanging problem.

                                    I am unable to understand why Samsung is not upgrading/resolve such type of issues during the manufacturing process of mobile handset.

                                    It was also observed during my visits to service centre that most of the customers were come to the service centre with hanging issues to the mobile handset.

                                    I visited several times to Vcare Service, Vasundhara, Sector 13, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh who is very nearest to my office.

                                    During my visits, all the time their service desk not fully in service, only one or two service engineer available that time instead of 5 working stations and also they are attending the customers and repairing the mobile phones simultaneously on attending desk causing waiting time is being too longer resulting many of customers returning back from service centre without attending his turn but they don''t care whether the customer is bothering or not.

                                    I regret to mention here that such a stupid peoples are hiring by Samsung India.

                                    I would try again to visit other Service centre and will revert back to you along with service job sheet.

                                    I refer your below email dated 19.07.2021 and noted that request, i.e., [protected] was raised earlier and is closed now and the remark mentioned is that no fault was found.

                                    I would like to mention here that this was took place on 13.07.2021 whereas the heating problem in handset is still happing.

                                    Thereafter, on instruction by Service Engineer of Bharat Electronics, I have lodged complaint over telephone on 13.07.2021 again with reference no. [protected], SMS received on 18.07.2021.

                                    Please try to understand this is a faulty handset with some internal fault either in mother board or phone Battery which causing heating to the outer surface of handset due usages of applications installed.

                                    I would also like to intimate you that due to heating of this handset who will be liable for any physical losses of myself due blasting of handset.

                                    I therefore request you to please take this matter on priority basis and let me know my further action in this regard otherwise I have no option left but to escalate this issue with Samsung higher officials.

                                    Remark :- Samsung S20 FE handset, I bought in october 2020. Since, I bought this phone, there is a problem of heating in it.

                                    I carried this phone for a long time and I also went to the shop from where I had bought this phone. I told him this problem.

                                    When I took this phone to the shop and I told him the problem that this phone is getting heating, he told me to reset its settings and update the installed apps.

                                    Even after resetting the phone''s settings and updating the app, there is no solution to the heating problem and if I use this phone for 5 minutes continuously then this phone gets hit.

                                    When this phone started getting extreme heat then I did complain to Samsung customer service center at Bharat Electronics, Durgapuri, Delhi on 12.07.2021. They return back this handset after internal check and told me that they have checked internally and there should not be any issue.

                                    After using the handset, hearting problem does not rectified and hence I have again lodged telephonic complaint to Samsung customer care on 13.07.2021, but no response received till date.

                                    I therefore request you to look into the matter and I am hoping that you will resolve this problem as soon as possible because I bought this phone only after seeing the features of Samsung s20 in the market which is costing around ₹ 50000.

                                    I also want to tell you that there were many different models of phones available in the market that time like Oppo Vivo but I chose Samsung because Samsung''s quality and service are good, bit I am very disappointing about the quality of such high value handset.

                                      Today dated[protected] time 5:50 pm evening when I went to mobile service centre. The address is 13, Hapur Rd, Adarsh Nagar Colony, Madhuban Colony, Hapur, Uttar Pradesh 245101. My mobile phone M 51 Showing Charging Problem. At that time all the staff and technical staff are available there. and outside on the display board timing showing 10 Am to 8 PM and this timing also showing on the site also. but when I reached there the staff member said to me that we can not take your complaint our working timing is over and you can come over to Monday regarding your problem I requested to them that please check and resolved my mobile problem but they clearly denied that we can't help you before Monday and their behaviour is really very unethical. for that proof, you can check that day centre CCTV footage and their timing which are showing on the display board. it is requested to you that please set up an inquire in this matter and take strict action against the staff and try to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        Hello,

                                        kindly refer to Job number [protected]. I had visited Samsung service centre to repair a display issue which was covered under extra insurance. post the repair the service centre informed me that there is a physical damage which would cost 2700 Rs as this is external damage from customer end.

                                        In this regard I would like to inform that the issue was already there when the product was submitted to service centre.

                                        Please note this issue came up 2 weeks after the product was bought . this has never slipped off hand,

                                        I agreed to pay 1000 Rs for that as that was not done from teh customer end .

                                        I have had several calls made to service centre, and several promised call back which never happened .

                                        This has caused me enough of frustrations and loss of my mental peace as the customer service is not helpful .

                                        There is no help for the customer .

                                        Request to kindly look into the same as this is ongoing since 28th July
                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
