I gave my phone to samsung service center at 19/06/2021.. Till now my phone is not received. They making excuses when I ask about my phone. every time they making different different excuses... Like engineer's mother death, internet not working, parts not received etc. Even I personally meet theme still they making excuses 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠...⇄
Worst service experience.
And please do something.

    Cashback issue

    Hi.. I tried all possible ways to find solution, but the is no resolution in sight. Hence I'm writting back to you again.

    Gist of my issue:
    I ordered F62 via Samsung shop website & it clearly said all Icici credit cards eligible for 7500 cashback, which didn't happen. Initially your samsung support team said my card was ineligible.

    After long followup, they admitted that adding Samsung protection plan...

    Hi Sarfaraz here, I have been using multiple samsung devices lately, call it S series, A series, infact in my family almost everyone uses some or the other samsung phone only. The reason i came here is to associate one problem with your current devices, specially M30S and its other siblings in the same lineup, it becomes unresponsive sometimes while using and other time even when its lying around and then reboots.. it stucks there on the logo no matter how long i keep pressing the power button. The only way to come out of that logo is to keep pressing volume down button along with power button for few seconds then sometimes it goes beyond the logo, otherwise just have to let the battery drain to power it off entirely. Its my second M30S which is having this issue since the first one died entirely in the process of fixing it. After researching i realised its not just me who's facing this, almost entire M series start to have this problem within a year or so. I don't know Samsung willingly doing this as marketing technique or the components they are using are so cheap that they can't even withstand the peiod of just a single year. I think im a fool who few months back again made a mistake of purchasing M31 for my sister, waiting for that also to become unusable after few months if Samsung continues this trend. The point here is Samsung people if you really read all this, you lost my trust, i still own A50, A70, M31 and M11 in my home and two dead M30s lying in the corner and now i believe they all gonna witness the same story in coming months.. if you all really care for your loyal customers, then kindly address this issue and come to a solution.. or else probably one should start a campaign for letting people know not to waste their hard earned money on these.

      I had requested for a service from Samsung India on 30th May 2021 at Haldwani. Service was carried out. The Drain Hose was changed. The new drain hose is broken. Ever since then I have made fresh complaint 5 times. The complaint is closed by local service center without addressing the problem. I have also contacted Samsung India customer care. But no resolve has been provided.

        Address: Haldwani

        Washing Machine was serviced on 30th May 2021. Drain Hose was changed and a new broken Drain Hose was fixed which is still leaking. I have made a complaint to Samsung more that 5 times. 2-3 times to the local service center. But no resolve has been provided.

          I bought Samsung AC just 4 months back. It stopped cooling just after 2 months. We raised a complaint and Samsung guy came after 7 days. He told some gas leakage problem, another guy has to come and fix the issue. We followed up like anything, then one guy came and filled the gas and went. Then also it didn’t worked. After following up for 15 to 20 days they came again and took the AC with them telling some internal part is not working. It’s been one month they took our AC, they didn’t showing back. We are keep calling them, whenever we call them everytime they are saying 3 more days. The worst customer service I have ever seen in Hyderabad-India.

          Exact the same problem! :)
          If they took it to their service center they already took replaced your original parts with trash. (Telangana Samsung doesn't care about customer service, all they do is deny to our face that AC is working fine when we complain but make sure they take their cash!

          We spend 20k on it and threw this garbage samsung AC
          would never forget the mental trauma Samsung team and technicians gave me and would suggest never buy anything from samsung.

            I was purchased Samsung note 10 plus last six month before.The mobile was not working and half of the screen not working .

            Please given to replace the mobile as soon as possible.

            Now only I hand over to my mobile Chennai Ambattur service centre .

            They told you are eligible to under warranty.

                Hello, I am Rajendra Chaudhari from Bhusawal, Maharashtra. I bought a Samsung M31 mobile last year from a store called Shri SSD mobiles iPhone wala situated in Jalgaon. Recently my mobile got some display issues. When we took it to the shop owner for servicing, he told us that he will take the mobile to the service cebtre and charged me 4500 even though the mobile was in warranty period. When I asked him for the bill for servicing, he provided a bill which is on the name of a different shopkeeper. I have attached the copy of bills.

                  I purchased Samsung refrigerator on 17 Jan 21 from Reliance Digital, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, which developed fault in compressor. A request with no [protected] was duly raised on 19 April 21.

                  Till date, compressor has not been replaced despite various WhatsApp complaints and email. The answer gathered is that the compressor is not available.

                    We purchased samsung double door refrigerator. It's been 8 days still we didn't get installation process yet. We contacted to samsung customer care service about 10 times for installation. We still didn't get any proper response.
                    Please look into this matter as soos possible.
                    We really disappointed with samsung service.
                    In future we might not willing to take any service or product from this brand samsung.

                      I purchased a Samsung front load washing machine from samsung website on 15th June 2021 with Order id :[protected]. Even after 20 days, the item is not shipped from the seller.

                      Please resolve the issue at the earliest and deliver the product as soon as possible.

                      I am very unhappy with Samsung with this shopping experience and I would never buy anything from your organization in future. I will suggest all my friends and family to refrain from ordering through your website.

                        Hello there,

                        I am Prakash Chandra Joshi and I reside in khatima, U.S.Nagar, Uttarakhand.15 days before I faced an issue with my mobile screen which turned half black suddenly.I brought it to the service center in Khatima (262308) but even without physically checking, the employee there told me that the defect is not in warranty.Although the device does not have any crack or any other defects from outside and it seems some internal problem with the device but still I am not provided with the help.I purchased my Samsung F41 on 21 Jan, 2021 and it is still on warranty.I am totally dissatisfied with the services provided by Samsung sevice center Khatima.It is not the first time they are denying the service.It happened with me before also.

                        I have attached the photo of my device below and it is clearly visible that it has some internal issue.I have also attached the bill of mobile.

                        Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                          I bought a Galaxy S21 Ultra in May. The price was β‚Ή105, 999 . Because of cashback offer I got β‚Ή10, 000 discount.
                          The device started getting extremely overheated after 2 weeks only.
                          Within 2 mins of video recording, it got heated to the point I could not touch it. I called Samsung support multiple times where no solution was provided. I visited the service centre and they told me that the motherboard will have to be changed.
                          Ultimately I posted it on my Instagram after which I was connected with Sarvesh Kumar(Customer Experience Manager). He asked me to again give my phone to the service centre. After 2 weeks of delay, the service centre reported that there is no problem in the device and there will be no repair/replacement/refund provided and I should use the device as it is.
                          I asked why should I use a defected device when I paid for a new phone.
                          Sarvesh Kumar told me there's nothing we can do about it.
                          So ultimately Samsung sent me a detected 1 lakh rupees phone, refused to give me any solution and forcing me to use the same defected phone.
                          I have been trying to complaint regarding this for the past 2 months and Samsung has provided me with no solution. I even tried to post on Twitter. They called me once and no follow up was taken.

                            I had given my mobile ohone for repair on the 7th june 2021 at shillong service centre as my phone had water in it due to heavy rain, it was still ligting but the touch screen was not functional. Due to lockdown there wrre no technicians available and they ad asked me to come when the engineer would come. It seems no serousness was taken as they had not even provided me with a job report which is compulsory for any mobile kept for repairs. I received a call that they would not be able to repair and asked me to collect it, as information gatherred by me the engineer had not even seen the defects of the phone so how can the relationship officers make a decision that it was not repairable. I kindly requestyou to look in the matter as important documents are stored there. Your help in this would be very much be indebted. God bless.

                              Sir maine samsung M-21 handset September 2020 mei purchase kiya tha. Handset mei first time march mei problem hui, jismei use kerte kerte mere phone ka touch work kerna band ho gaya. Uske regarding maine usko aapke authorised center se repair kerwaya or mujhe yei assurance diya gaya ki yei problem dobara nahi hogi.

                              Sir mere handset mei yei same problem Ist july 2021 ko phir aa gayi. Jismei use kerte kerte uska touch kaam kerna band ho gaya.Maine dobara customer care mei complaint 2 july ko kerwai jiska complaint number [protected] hai. Jismei mujhe 24 hours mei mujhe samsung se solution dene ka commitment kiya gaya. Phir jab mujhe 24 hours mei call nahi aaya to maine 3rd july ko evening mei phir se complaint log kerwai or replacement ke liye request kiya. Jiska complaint number [protected] hai. Uske baad maine hand set ko samsung ke authorised center per check kerwaya or mujhe wo hand set ko samsung ke centre per rakhne ke liye bola gaya kyoki maine replacement ki request raise kerwai thi. Sir mera hand set abhi bhi warranty period mei hai.

                              Kaffi follow ups ke baad mujhe 4th july ko Samsung ki side se call aaya jismei mujhe phir se repair ke liye kaha gaya. Sir repair 1 baar kerwaya jata hai baar baar nahi.

                              Sir plz is defected handset ke regarding mujhe replacement dilwai jaye or meri is problem ko jaldi se jalsi solve kiya jaye.

                              Sir meri beti ke school ki online classes bhi phone per hi possible hoti hai isliye plz jaldi se jaldi mujhe replacement dilwai jaye.

                              Sir meri calls ko senior ki side se avoid kiya ja raha hai. Mai daily customer care mei baat kerti hoo. Meri call ko 15-15 minutes ke liye hold kerwaya jata hai or baad mei call back ka assurance diya jata hai.Mere pass koi call back nahi aata hai.

                                I have purchased Samsung 6.5 Kg Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine(WA65A4002GS), Imperial Silver Centre Jet Technology on 12 March, 2021, now same is not working properly, I have called your customer care number of times and each time they say we will send someone for repair, few days back your service people came to house and seen the machine and said that the motor to be replaced and after that no response, machine is lying idle for more than a three weeks .

                                We have purchased your machine with the expectation of good quality, reliable and last long but within two months if the motor has a problem and machine not working is a serious concern and your customer service is also pathetic and they just need time to rectify the problems which is not acceptable to me.
                                Request you to please clear the issues raised at the earliest otherwise I will be forced to esclate further.Hope you understand my concern.

                                  This is to inform that I have bought Samsung AC from flipkart on 13/03/21. As per Samsung policy, I am enitled to have 3 free services for AC which I can avail within a year of purchase. So, I have booked for servicing of my AC on 26/06/21. I was told to be contacted by local team within 48 hrs. Its already been almost 10 days and despite of escalating complaint severla times, no one from the local team has contacted me yet.                                     I have purchased a 5 in 1 refrigerator model no. - RT34T4542S8/HL/2020 on 04.06.2020 from reliance digital.

                                    But just after competing only 1 year the fridge is just behaving like a 15 year old refrigerator.

                                    I have sent mail to reliance digital retail but they said warranty is gone & also send to Samsung customer service but there is no replay from them.

                                    but sir my refrigerator is not cooling at all and i have experienced low cooling since 3 months.

                                    The Samsung service man said that the gas pipe is leaked but the gas pipe is new as it was at the time of purchase and is not damaged from outside, it means the pipe material is of very low quality.

                                    This is a manufacturing defect.

                                    so please treat this as most urgent and replace my product with a new one.
