[Resolved] Samsung — Delay in repairing and service of mobile phone and unfair behavior by Samsung Team | |||||
I am pleased to say that I have a Samsung Galaxy A8 Model Name - SM-A800FZDEINS and Serial No - RZ8G80J1MLB ([protected]) Mobile purchased on 13/09/2015. Its display is broken. I gave it to Authorized Samsung Service Center for display change on 23rd August 2016. Next day they told that display is not available now. You take your Mobile. But I said that I want you to change the display if it will be available. They said it will take 15 to 20 days. I also agreed on that. Then I said that I am agree to wait you just keep it here and after changing of display I will take it from you. But they forced and returned me. Now their team are saying that it will again take 40 to 50 days. and they are also not ready to deposit the phone and no confirmation is being given from themselves.
