Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I purchased a Samsung Air Conditioner in starting of the month of June'2021. For the past 1 week I am experiencing an issue of water leakage from outdoor unit of AC. Regarding this I registered a repair request to Samsung Customer Care on 22/06/2021, but till date the problem is not resolved. I was told that technician will contact on 22nd itself but no contact was there on that day. Yesterday (24/06/2021) I again contacted to customer care, the executive told that technician will contact between 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. but no one contacted from service center. At the end of day when I myself called service center, the guy refused to send the technician and told that problem won't be resolved today. I contacted customer care again, they told to wait only.
Today I again contacted service center but they are not picking the call. I contacted customer care again today, they keep on telling to wait only, but I think waiting is not the solution to the problem.
If they can't offer the service I'll get it resolved by some local technician. At least make clarity to the customer. This is really disappointing.
Hope you will look into the matter and resolve the query ASAP.
