I have purchased a washing machine from ash & complany. Samsung plaza, 46-A, lal bahadur shastrimarg civil lines, allahabad-211001. Invoice number SC2873 Invoice date:[protected] Price- 13700 I am disappointed with the services of samsung. They delivered the washing machine by just a trolley rickshaw man with a paper to pay him the delivery charges. No employee accompanied him for the proper installation of the washing machine. Despite of several visits and telephonic calls no quick action has been taken up to send an engineer for the installation of the washing machine. The service has been disappointing and extremely careless. I would not like to keep relations with your company for the inconveniences faced by me. I would also not want to keep this product and I want you to refund my money take the washing machine back which has been kept at the same place 15 days before.
