Samsung — Demanding amount for set as this is in warranty

I have purchased Galaxy On7 on dated 03/02/2016 and since than I am facing the camera blurring problem, now my phone is lying in service centre in muzaffarnagar (Bedi Communication) from last 5 days but problem has not solved, now they are saying that there is chrome defect in your set & you have to pay for it this will not be cover in warranty, I have purchased new set not any second hand set, than why will I pay any amount as my phone is clean not any damage & not any wet condition.
