[Resolved] Samsung — demo of the product by service centre | |||
I had purchased a microwave oven from QRS, Trivandrum in the second week of September 2014 and I was told by the sales person as well as in the bill counter that a demo/working of the product will be conducted in the next week by the service centre, that they will ring me up and fix a time for the demo. Till October 2nd week nobody from the service centre contacted me for the demo, but two times QRS personnel contacted me to confirm whether the demo was conducted or not .Each time I requested them to fix an appointment as soon as possible . Since no call came from service centre, I took the service centre number and rang them on a Saturday in the second week of October. On Monday or Tuesday a service personnel contacted ma and told me that he is coming for the demo to which I replied that I am not available on week days without prior notice and asked him to come on Saturday . Thereafter I rang up the sales personnel on two to three occassions fixing up the time and finally he promised that he will surely come on 3/11/2014 but he did not turn up. Why is the service centre showing such a callous attitude . Is this because since the product is brought there is no further interest or are the service centres only interested in AMCs. I have vowed that I will not ring up the service centre again.Kindly ensure that my complaint is rectified. Till now I have had immense patience in the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
