Samsung — Denial of giving service | |||
My Note 4 is under warranty and its facing a lot of problems including that my side buttons are not working. The service center in model town, delhi is not ready to reapair/replace my phone as according to the center the phone isnt valid to be under warranty due to physical damage(i.e. manufacturer defect) and also said that the other problems(interface problems) will only be entertained only if you pay and get the side butttons repaired. I ve already paid alot for a defective phone and i wont pay more. The service quality a customer gets from samsung will only decrease its sale in the possible future. And i know my suggestion wont matter that much but please dont give franchises for the service center. Was this information helpful? | |||
