I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Mobile Phones & Accessories
The issue that I have experienced was:
Last month (8th April )my mobile (Samsung A51) fell down from my hand, display and back cover got damaged. I visited the local Samsung service center on 9th April and get those both replaced (paid the bill and the receipt is with me, dated 13th April ) and the service center has issued a warranty of 90 days. Yesterday while I was disconnecting the call, I noticed some line on the display then immediately I visited the same service center in which the display replacement was done. The executives said that they cannot change the display under warranty. Then I called customer service for several times, finally today morning I got a call from the Call center stating that they will change the display with charges( means I have to pay 100% amount for new display) which is not appropriate. No scratches, no dent, no brakeage on the display. If it is not working due to anyone of the above reason I would not have claim the warranty. Hope you understand the problem and request you to do the needful.

I request SAMSUNG to replace the display which is in warranty.
