I purchased my Samsung phone on 18th March, they said they would send my watch at home .. I never received the watch, the store got closed and now the customer service saying that offer is expired
After taking 1.5lac rs they refuse to give me my watch
I have all bills, plus the second wave also came so I could check with the team earlier
Pathetic service n rude staff
I said I can submit my hospital forms of having COVID too but they not ready to listen
A. It is the store fault that it didn’t send our watch or say there was a time to redeem
