Samsung Duos Mobile — BATTERRY BACK UP FAULTY | |||
I have purchased SAMSUNG DUOS on 30/04/2013 from Big C at Vizag. Recently for the past few weeks I am experiencing sudden discharge of battery. I was directed to Smasung service center for rectification by Big C . On 07/12/2013 my complaint was taken and I have deposited my mobile for rectification. It was an horrible experience at Vizag Samsung authorized Service center. After a painful wait and amidst utter chaos my mobile was given back after a few signatures. When I switched on the mobile what I found was mobile device was only formatted and given back. Looks like no effort was made to find out the reason for battery discharge. Instead of solving the problem they have given me bundle of other problems including loss of data and downloads. I have never expected this from Smasung. Was this information helpful? | |||
