[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Bad Responce Samsung customer care Jind (HRY) | |||
I have purchased Samsung galaxy Note-2 in may 13.. I am facing problem with the device since I have purchased it! I have made complaints with company's customer care Jind(Haryana) many times and they show me bad response every time whenever I have gave my device to customer care for making it in the condition so that I can use it with any hassle! But they only making the customers fool and stretching the warranty period, so if once the warranty lapse then they can charge for the problems that I have facing with my device.. They take the phone everytime for 15 to 20 days for observing it but they didn't obsevre it! They only took the phone from me and using it for 15- 20 days and after that return me! And there is a plus point for the customer care executives that they took the sign of the customer on the satisfaction form on the delivery of the phone so that after the delivery they are not responsible for any problem! They make themselves free from their point of accountability. .. Only the customer is fool that he is paying 38200/-. And in return getting no service..
