[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Brand new Refrigerator not working | |||
I purchased a Samsung fridge (model# RL 4033UBASL) ON April 24, 2014 and got delivered on next day Apr 25, 2014. It stopped working after 8 days of purchase ( May 3, 2014). I filed the complain [complain# [protected]], engineer visited my house on May 05, 2014. After that Fridge was started working . He did only switch off/on.He kept Fridge in under observation for another 3 days.After 3 days it was fine he closed the complain. On May 30, 2014 once again fridge was stopped and not working. We again filed the complain [ complain# [protected])]. Engineer visited the house but could not resolve and asked to send the Fridge in workshop to investigate. Also branch manager has closed the complain [ complain# [protected])] without notifying me. It's very surprise how complain can be closed by branch manager without serving to customer.Can samsung executive ask with branch manager ?? This is brand new fridge and stopped working after 8 days only.Engineer is not able to resolve the issue on site.I don''t want to send this fridge in workshop. Since last 30 days I am completely frustrated with this event. I want replacement of this fridge. . Was this information helpful? | |||
