I have bought this Samsung LED TV 2 years back and now has the same panel problem where the ghost image is seen in the upper half of the screen. There are lots of complaints on this model. This is just another one for the same model. When contacted the customer service, the technicaian called me and enquired about the problem. Without inspecting the TV only, on the call itslef, he said that panel needs to be changed and costs around 28000/- INR. This technician himself is advising to buy a new TV instead of spending so much amount for repair. Samsung knows that this is a defective model. Why don't Samsung accept the mistake and respond with a feasible solution for this issue? Was this information helpful? | |||

I was a big fan of Samsung until this product. Now I am changing my mind and suggesting "No Samsung" for anyone buying a new gadget like TV, Mobile, Tablet
