[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — electric shock while using samsung galaxy S4 | |||
65 days back i gave my phone at samsung service centre. reason was that i faced an electric shock twice while using the phone. 1st time it was negligible, 2nd tme it gave a burnt mark on my ear. service centre replied me in 10 days that my phone is alright and it has no problem i requested them to escalate my problem so they took my more time. 20 days back they govt back to me saying that my phone will not be repaired because there is no problem. my problem is that after 65 days they are asking me to take back my phone. in between service centre and samsung office team mistreated me. they don't understand that they have caused there customer so much of problem and after keeping my 40, 000 rupees phone for 65 days they expect me to take back my phone. i request for a compensation of replacing my phone as i face a potential risk to my health from that phone and it is just a 5 month old phone.
