This is bring into your information that i am the regular customer of samsung mobile phones & recently i have purchased SAMSUNG STAR PRO GT-S7262 IMEI NO.353125/06/086249/5 from chaoudhary communication moradabad on 16/06/2014.I have gifted this phone to some & after that this phone created different techinal problems.once i gave this phone to joint communication service centre in Bareilly & after few days the problem comes again with different techincal issue.than this time i gave this phone to your service centre in moradabad.I really disappointed with that.My humble request you to change my mobile ph otherwise i have to go to consumer court.waiting for your solution.
