I am a one the clients of SAMSUMG, i have purchased a LED TV of samsung last year because i have some belief in quality of product that is produced by SAMSUNG.
But this time i am wrong, my television screen blew up just on next of warranty period, i don't understand the reason how can a led tv can have such big problem in just one year. because before i have some other brand tv which worked almost 15 years without a one rupee expense. it means either i did a, mistake by changing brand that i was using or there might be some problem in your service. I have totally lost my belief in brand value of samsung this time. i have complained in store they agreed to give some benefit to me but after that commitment almost a week passed nobody came to solve the problem. My hearty request to all samsung people pls don't play with people's belief in your brand. kindly take it seriously because such bad experience harm brand value easily.
