Respected SIr, Problem Description - My phone was shut off automatically after power on. Phone model - Samsung ACE Duos. Its warranty is expired on[protected]. On 2-6-2014, i went samsung service center and show them the problem.On 4-6-2014 i get back my phone but the problem does not solved. So i again went samsung service center on 6-6-2014, They returned my phone on[protected] and but my WIFI does not work. I again went to Samsung Service center, they are still working on the problem.It is now almost one month. My many professional tasks are dependent on the phone and i am getting problem without the phone. If i will not get reply in next 24 hour than i will go to consumer court.
