Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Mobile under warranty submitted on 28 may'14 is untracable by your officials

Bill No[protected] I need not explain much but I had submitted GT7262 on 28th May in your service centre BEEKEYEN Ent. At dadar which is now closed and I have called your service centre almost 25 times but they are not able to trace the mobile. Its almost 3 months now. Your services are worst.
