[Resolved]  Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — NON WORKING OF AC WITHIN 2 YEARS OF PURCHASING.

Hello, . I HAVE BEEN USING YOUR MANY ESTEEMED PRODUCTS FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS AND PRESENTLY SOME OF THEM ARE AS UNDER__ 1 AIR CONDITIONER 2 FRIDGE ( TWO ) 3 WASHING MACHINE ( 2 ) 4 MICRO WAIVE 5 LED TV I HAVE PURCHASED AN AIR CONDITIONER IN JUNE 2012 WHICH WORKED ONLY FOR TWO SEASONS . I HAVE COMPLAINT TO LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDER WHO IN TURN SENT THE SERVICE ENGINEER . ONE ENGINEER FOUND THE PROBLEM OF GAS LEAKAGE AND WENT BACK TO ATTEND THE SAME FOR FILLING GAS WITHIN 2 -3 DAYS BUT AFTERWARDS ANOTHER ENGINEER CAME AND HE FOUND OTHER PROBLEM OF COOLING PART ALSO AND TOLD ABOUT EXPENDITURE OF RS 11000 TO 12000. AFTER HEARING THIS IT WAS SURPRISED TO ME HOW SUCH AN ESTEEMED BRAND CAN BECOME NON WORKABLE WITHIN 2 YEARS OF PURCHASING THAT TOO USING VERY CAREFULLY. AS THE SUMMER SEASON IS ON PEAK AND MY SMALL CHILDREN ARE STUDING THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE DURING THESE DAYS WITHOUT AC SO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND GET IT REPLACED OR REPAIR THE AC IMMEDIATELY . MR AMIT GAUTAMJI, I CONTACTED MR GAJENDRA AT THE GIVEN MOBILE NUMBER AND HE REPLIED ME SAYING THAT PARTS AND REFILLING OF GAS WILL BE COSTING ABOUT RS 12000 WHICH IS TO PAID. AS I HAVE ALREADY STATED IN MY EMAIL DT 22TH MAY THAT THIS IS PARTICULAR ITEM /PRODUCT RELATED PROBLEM WHICH IS TO BE RESOLVE FROM YOUR END ONLY.
