Very poor service from Samsung. My phone is not getting switched on. It was out of warranty so the body language of the engineer seemed as if he got a BAKRA. The engineer just opened the phone and locked it again without doing ANY TESTING WHATSOEVER. Then he says board needs to be replaced and it costs 7500! Thank god Samsung is not in healthcare, else even a finger injury would be termed as brought dead because they are just behind more MONEY. Was this information helpful? | |||
