[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Refrigerator Service not proper and the issue is recurring | |||
I had purchased an 230L Double Door Samsung Refrigerator from Bharat Ekectronics Appliances, Coimbatore on 13/06/2008. The refrigerator stopped working on October 2010 and when I asked the Samsung service center to correct the issue free of cost, they said Compressor is not covered under warranty. Though the compressor had 5years warranty I had paid for the service since I wanted the issue to be fixed fast. Gas refilling was done on that service and the service was done by Asia electronics, an authorised Samsung Service Center. Now within 4years of Gas refilling the compressor again ran out of gas, when I examined the problem I noticed that there is a gas leak due to compressor not fitted correctly. Samsung at the time of purchase has guaranteed that this compressor being of type Hermetic gas refilling is not required during entire lifetime as the unit will be concealed and hence no leakage will happen. I went to Asia electronics again and the response was very poor. I need this to be resolved soon. My mobile number is [protected]. I had all original service bills. Expecting a quick resolution.
