[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Regarding Bad Panel in Samsung LED (2 years old TV) | |||
I had purchased Samsung LED TV D6000 (32") close to 2 year 3 months back which now has issues with the LED Panel as per Samsung technician. Almost 6 months from original date of purchase the TV went through Motherboard replacement and now another issue with panel. I have been trying to follow up with customer care for past 1 week and there has been no efforts from Samsung to update on the status. What I hear from the customer rep is I have bear to expense of 70, 000 rupees for panel replacement as its out of warranty. What I fail to understand for the original cost of 57000/- .. i now have to pay 70, 000 for panel replacement. Another customer rep tells me tentative price is 20, 500 rupees for panel replacement .. eventually leading to chaos with no resolution. Another aspect which I fail to understand how can the panel of the LED TV (which was top of the line when purchased 2 year back in 32" range) deliver faults ... which raises question on the quality control of the product. Within 2 years .. LED TV developing 2 major faults is a serious concern and on top of it .. I am getting asked to pay for it since its outside warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
