Dear Sir, I have Purchased New LED UA40F6400ARMXL from samsung authorised dealer BM ENTERPRISES Pathankot PUNJAB on 21/11/2013. i have already lodged complaint with custmorcere for remote not working prperly, custmorcare assured me remote will be replaced with new one with in three days, but on date a supervisor came to me with old remote having cutting on sr no and told me to replace. sir i request to replace with genuiNe original SAMSUNG SEALED piece of remote.
