Dear Team Samsung, I have purchased this washing machine almost four years back and it was running fine, until recently, I am facing a lot of trouble with the knobs (water selector and spin dry timer). The water selection knob is automatically shifting from one mode to other, resulting in water getting filled from dry tub to wash tub. And the spin dry timer knob is not working properly. Also the water in the wash tub is getting drained out automatically. For the said problems I have tried all your service numbers given in your booklets. I also tried to seek help from the authorized dealers and other agents of Samsung, but all gave deaf ear to all my requests and did not turned up to resolve my problem. I never expected this kind of post sales service from such a renowned brand like Samsung. Hope you will look into my request with a good eye and help to get my problem resolved.
