Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — service engineer of samsung break out my freeze | |||
Myself Gaurang Pairkh from Ahmedabad, Gujarat I bought samusng double door freeze in march, 2013. on 18th march, 2013 I complained on their toll free no. because our freeze was not giving freezing propoerly. They forward my complain to their service engineer and was giving next days appointment. This engineer is very duffer and I don't know what he was done in freezer and said it's motor was down.so, you Have to buy it new from them at Rs.1000 and said don't open freeze for 24 hours. but I checked personally at night and shocked to see that he broke our freezer layer plat and didn't inform to me and also went from our place without took their charges. i again complained in samsung company but they took that service engineer on phone line with us and that service engineer said it was done mistakenly and advice me "this crack will not giving any problem in future just tapping on crack and it will work properly." I told them, "this is not the solution but I want my freeze in complete condition which we have." at that time their service head co-ordinator told me that, that is not in their policy to replace the plate. and also said that their engineer is excepting their fault, it was done mistakenly. This is the service of samsung company. I advice to all people don't buy any product of samsung because they are very careless for their clients in after sales service and also have not menores to talk with their clients.
