Dear Samsung team, this is to inform you that I lodged a complaint on 1 st may 2014 on customer care services, com no is [protected], and was attended by a person named vikas he came to my home and said that machine was too hot to check and promised to cone in second day. On second of may another engineer mr salmaan came and said that its relay might be damaged and said that he do not have the relay so he will come tommorow and will replace the relay on 3 rd may, 2014 but nobody appeared to check the status of the machine inspire of 10 calls .once again I made my call to customer care they put my call for hold for more than 1 hr and then they said that you will get the call from Allahabad service centre.but till date no call is there . Today is 4 may is a Sunday and no work will be done and if things will go like this 5 may will also pass like this without any proceedings . Will anyone tell me the exact time you people will take to find the exact problem of the machine and get into the matter and get the things solved .as this kind of service is not acceptable from you Samsung people .
