Myself karthik [protected] - Not received good response from service center - Aundh - Pune, issue with my display 3 month before i took new one (Feb 1st 2014) got again problem with in 3 month went to the same service center to check but the Technician - Santosh told to bring charger at that time he did not even register my case assured me that he will help in next day on May 3rd again i took along with my charger to check, waitied for around 10 days but did not get response, i went again to check they told display need to keep new one. I requested their manager about my concerns name ( Amol - +91 [protected]) he told he need 24 hours to check but tried few days not even pick the calls, it is very disappointing with their behaviour, when i spoken to manager he told it is not my mistake but money matters. Can you please take action
Final Conclusion: they did time pass to charge
My Questions: When we are getting ticket generated for Queue why the people did not log my complaint (before my validity) ?
why i did not get call from them?
Why they are hidding answer when i am raising my concerns?
