I am Sudipta from India and I am contacting you regarding below problem I have faced after purchasing a Samsung product.
I have purchased a Refrigerator having model no : RT42FEJQASP/TL and within 6 months of Purchase of Fridge this is the second time I have to contact Samsung. First time I have compliant ( ref no : ” [protected]” ) within 2 months of Purchase of Fridge Water was not coming from Water dispenser at that time Water Pump have to be replaced.
Now I was observing from last one months fellow color at bottom of Door initially I ignored then when the yellow patches start to increase suddenly I realized it the paint that is peeling out.
Samsung is not using a good parts in fridge they can use a good paint which at-least remains in fridge.
Need your urgent attention on this matter. I need the door of the fridge to be replaced immediately OR give back my money. I feel cheated by Samsung.
