I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Watch4 from official Samsung online store through Samsung mobile app. on 06/05/2022, 6pm.
My order was delivered on 8/05/2022 at 11:50 AM. So when I received my order, the seal of the box was already open and watch and charger both items were missing. I want to highlight that outer package was completely closed but the seal was broken of the product box and there was no invoice either.
As soon as I received empty box, I called customer helpline number and they said to treat this one priority and also committed to provide resolution in next 24 hrs but sadly I did not received any communication meanwhile I also dropped mail to them explaining all scenario.
I called them today i.e. 9/05/2022 at 12pm and I got the same reply they will treat this on priority but we all know that these are just words and nothing else.
I would request Indian consumer forum to intervene and provide me some resolution as it was my hard earned money.
