i have purchased a moble with samsung estore Order no: 1195669 Order Date & Time: 10/14/2013 4:48:50 PM Total Amount: Rs. 37151 Order Status: Successful They said i would receive the cash back on 5th of Jan and still date i have not received the cash back. I have the mail sent from samsung estore, i think they are making false promises to sell their products. When i contacted the customer care there is no proper response . Pleae help in getting my cash back .

Updated by padmanabhan Mail sent from me :Can you tell me exactly how many days do you require . As previously you have told it will take 7 bussiness days and after 7 days again you are saying 7 more days.

I was supposed to be received on 5 th Jan and seven days from there i should hve reeived on 14th Jan but now you are asking 7 more days?
