Dont ever buy Samsung AC. Extrmely Poor Quality and Pathetic after sale service. I didnt expect this kind of service from a reputed brand like Samsung. Bought one split AC for my home on 27 May 2015. got it installed after two days, getting frustrated of calling customer care and requesting for installation. Just two days of operation and AC has stopped cooling. Complained several times.. emailed CEO office but no action taken. Fed up of careless Attitude. Till 1623 hrs of 1st June 2015, no response from any of the so called customer representatives.. I want full refund of my money.
