I have purchased the Samsung F41 mobile on October, 2020.
Since last week i have been facing auto reboot problem,
I contacted Samsung support team they suggested some temporary measures that worked for that day. From next day reboot issue continued.
Recently the phone got turned off and got struck at Samsung logo screen
I took the mobile to service center they informed that there was motherboard issue and needs replacement which costs almost[protected] rupees.
Many people of various models of Samsung have been this facing this issue after a software update pushed by Samsung.
They have been raising their issues in Twitter.
Company hasn't even accepted this issue.
Due to a faulty processor and a bug filled update, the phones are to be repaired. Was this information helpful? |
