I had parked in cart a smart tv and after a while i got a call from samsung to proceed with the ordering - while ordering 100% advance taken with commitment for delivery on 1st december 2021 and installation completion on 2nd december 2021. On 29th november 2021, a invoice was generated by savex technologies with courier name delhivery and also with a docket refrence. I was tracking with the given docket reference on the courier website which was showing as "wrong reference number". I did not receive the product on 1st december 2021 and at 7pm when i was calling samsung, they informed it will take 24 to 48 hrs to resolve the issue. Note the word used is "resolve". I had repeatedly called on 2nd december 2021, 3rd decemeber 2021, 4th december 2021 and still am getting same reply will be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs. I had chats with samsung, i had spoken with 'n' no. Of people - but still not resolved. Was this information helpful? |
