Not really sure if anyone in Samsung is literally bothered about the CUSTOMERs or not. Even now I am struggling to get any kind of resolution for the lack of service from Samsung Service centre in Bijnor, UP, 246701.
The technician visited my place last evening at 6.45 pm and said nothing can be done now, I will give report to centre and they will do the work tomorrow i.e. today. Since 15th July, I am being forced here or there and given multiple numbers to CALL ON, but not one imbecile has responded. It is as if Samsung knows they provided faulty AC and are now looking away from facing the issue.
Have called Samsung CUSTOMER care 4-5 times now, each time they tell us that they have forwarded the request to service centre on priority but nothing has happened. They gave me a number of a person Gazi[protected], but this guy doesnât seem to answer calls, have tried at least 5-6 times, but no answer or call back. The technician (Sajid - [protected]) who visited yesterday was supposed to do so day before yesterday, didnât and yesterday came 15 minutes before there duty ends, as if this was a customary call. He today says that he is on leave and asks me to contact service centre, where he gave me a number of the biggest ###, Tahir[protected], who on first 3 calls doesnât respond, on the 4th try the call gets picked up only for this guy to now tell me that if he has some guy then he will send.
Is this the kind of fraud CUSTOMER service that Samsung promises. I want the AC to either be repaired on uninstalled from my house by end of day today. I am fed up of Samsung, i will purchase a new AC for the room, but just get this fiasco and fraud of a company Samsung out of my house.
If a resolution is not provided by end of day today, i will be forced to take this up to the respective legal authorities against both Samsung India and Samsung service center.
