Samsung — Faulty LED

Dear Sir, Recently I brought a 22 inch Samsung LED Monitor for my personal computer at home use but from the starting the picture quality of the monitor is not good and characters /letters shows blurred and not clear overall it’s not a LED type display. I have complaint to the toll free number[protected]/[protected] about this but instead of sending executive they tries to linger on the problem and instructed me to change my CPU graphic card and resolution I said that everything is okay but as CCE insisted me I checked my monitor with another CPU but the problem was same.
