I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent purchase of a Samsung washing machine from Croma. Despite the trust I had in both Samsung as a reputable brand and Croma as a reliable retailer, my experience has been unsatisfactory.
Upon delivery, the washing machine was damaged. After reporting this, I received a replacement that unfortunately turned out to be faulty due to a non-functioning jet spray.
On January 5th, 2025, a Samsung representative visited my home, verified the issue using diagnostic software, and confirmed the fault through multiple checks and video documentation. I was assured that the matter would be resolved within two days. However, the follow-up call indicated a need for further inspection, with plans to open the machine for repairs. I am concerned about the proposal to repair a brand-new machine instead of providing a complete replacement. I believe this resolution does not align with standard customer service expectations for a new purchase. I kindly request written confirmation regarding any actions to be taken
Therefore, I urge Samsung and Croma to replace the defective washing machine promptly. I rely on your understanding and support in preventing further inconvenience.
