On 27th July'2021, I bought a Samsung Galaxy TAB A7(LTE) from your Samsung shop app and received it on 29th July'21 at 1800 hours.
I have discovered that the Simcard tray is faulty and is not coming out and highlighted the concern there then to you over email and First thing in the morning I visited your Samsung authorized service center in Narela, Mangla Agencies and they also agreed that the device is faulty.
The consumer right act/Sales of Good act makes it implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose
As you are in breach of contract I am entitled to have the REFUND and I would request you to confirm that on priority and let me know when you will be arranging for the TAB to be collected. Was this information helpful? |
